Watching Skystar's abilities in that form gave Lars Lion all she needed to know about the substantial improvement Skystar just went through. It was pretty massive.
"The main point behind that Seraph Mode is for her to have a paradigm shift depending on her chosen Bakugan. That must be what that spirit represents. It's what she learned from watching them that makes her able to carry apart of them with her when she fights."
"If only I could say the same for me..." Not paying too much attention to the battle, Lars Lion began to reflect on her own experiences with the other soldiers and how Tracy and Skystar had it better. Lars Lion couldn't say that her relationship to the others was so great that she could keep them in her memory when they aren't there. It made her feel sad in a way like discord was among them in a way.
She snapped out of it to resume battle though.
"You surprise me," she admitted to her opponent. She briefly took control of her own Skystar to lift the slowing effects off of Hydranoid. She then stood back again as they did what they were going to do.

The opposing Skystar casted Space Guardian so that the Resistor trio would be under constant protection by her shoulder discs. This would be a tall hurdle to overcome if it weren't for her Seraph Mode. Now she has the tools to get through the defense.
Skystar's clone turned into a copy of Drago. Due to this transition, the mace and shield were traded back for her scepter, but with a twist. It radiated with an intense light energy representative of the power Drago wields.
"Ability activate! Power Stance!" Skystar experienced a moderately painful surge of power upon activation since she wasn't use to this type of energy, but she kept it going. Her powered-up scepter struck the ground upon her swing. A powerful wave of fire was created from this action and swept across the field all the way towards the opposing party. As expected, the opposing Skystar's ability barely defended them from the attack. It blinded them so that they wouldn't see what Skystar was planning, and by the time their vision became clear, Skystar was gone.
The scary thing about that scene was that her elemental had shifted to Gargulion, which could only mean one thing...
"Shadow Stance!" Skystar turned out to be faded out considerably until she couldn't be seen without intense concentration. This ability also allowed her to phase through certain objects. This was done to bypass the shield without alerting the others. She suddenly appeared in Lars Lion's face and took a well-earned swing at her.

Lars Lion impulsively retreated backwards when she came within inches of being struck down by Skystar. There weren't any noticeable injuries on her from the attack, but her blessed bow was damaged. It progressively broke down until a small portion of it was left, causing the power it used to disappear. This meant that the remaining Bakugan she had were sent away also.
"You're the first one I've faced that went for me directly rather than defeating the rest of the spawned Bakugan," Lars Lion noted. She was stunned that it happened, but was very proud nonetheless. "I admit defeat. Well done, young lady."
Even though she said that, she still activated an ability against Skystar. She conjured a small light ball that revolved around Skystar a few times before the effect was finished. "Incense Extraction." After the final revolution, Skystar's Seraph Mode disappeared, making her become very fatigued.
"You pushed it a little with your Dragonoid fighting style, so you accelerated the rate at which your body would give out from you using it for the first time. That's why I canceled it," Lars Lion explained, not wanting it to seem like she was in a position to be hostile. She approached Skystar and placed her palm on her head. Energy was then transferred to her, restoring her health back to normal.
"How are we feeling now? Have you learned anything?"

The removal of Skystar's Seraph Mode shocked her and Tracy. To think that Lars Lion was capable of stripping others of their empowerment made her look like an extremely powerful foe who may have very well gone easy on them, but she saw that showcasing her strength wasn't why they were there. What they ultimately took away meant more than trying to overpower or outmatch the legend.
"I'm still surprised at what I just did," Skystar responded, breathing heavily from her ordeal with Lars Lion in the process. "It's not like I consciously made this decision, but I feel like we've forgotten what made us strong in the first place. This new mode reminded me of where my strength came from and where it should continue to come from."
Tracy momentarily had a flashback of how weak she was on her own until she had help. That's when her power started to mature, and now she's where she is right now thanks to their support. Just like Skystar had said, they've been wanting to show they were strong enough on their own without any help, leading them to unconsciously throw that away in the process.
"You may be able to go far on your own, but you can go even further with your friends," Tracy added. "That's what allowed us to awaken this power. It's not just mine, but it's everyone else's as well. As long as I have those, I can be as strong as I want to be."

Lars Lion smiled at Tracy and Skystar for learning their lesson. Without neither of them knowing, Lars Lion looked up the sky to see Apollonir and gave him a wink, implying that this lesson applies to all of them as well. Her eyes were glowing since she initiated telepathic communication with him to reinforce that statement.
It wasn't like her to engage in that type of argument, but something had to be said. It was especially relevant when she's caught in the middle of it anyway.
"You have a very bright future ahead of you. That goes for all of the Resistors," Lars Lion proclaimed. "I shall warn you to keep what I said handy and remember it so that none of that happens to either of you."
"...This also means that you, Seiki, and Alana should come to a consensus about a certain boy soon so that it doesn't make any of you split..."

"You sure he's here?"
"Of course I'm sure, what kind of question is that?"
"... Just making sure."
"Oh Neri," Yita says as she strokes the fur of the said bakugan, responding to the feline's statement with a hum, "Love never lies for me."
The Spartan currently outside the Silver Knight HQ in search of, you guessed it: Yita's dearest Noland. The overly-possessive girl had tracked him down with information she dug up on the go, and based of pure instinct. Once she had pieced everything together, Neri and her raced off towards the headquarters, dragging the deadbeat of an elder sister with them. Though she may be a deadbeat, Niko sure did have some useful abilities at her disposal for getting Yita one step closer to seeing Noland.
The siblings had set up their post behind these bushes that were close by to the entrance they planned to go through. Niko was tossed to the ground without a care by her sister. After that, Yita got off Neri who shifted into her "normal for humans" feline form.
Yita peers over the flower bush, Neri following her partner's actions to scan the perimeter of the area. "There seems to be so many guards roaming the place..." Yita mumbles to no one in particular as she gets back down under the cover of the bushes. "I wonder why."

Niko had awaken from her slumber a few minutes after being tossed to the ground like a ragdoll. Not that she cared, Yita was always like this to her for a while. Especially since the death of their youngest brother. After some time, this treatment became normal, she had to accept it one way or the other since Yita wasn't all that nice and understanding after all.
"Perhaphs they knew you were coming." Niko replies to her sister's most recently asked question that she happened to catch when she woke up with a yawn. Donovan appeared from the shadows of the bushes and crawls over to his brawler's side. "I wouldn't be too surprised if that's the case." The darkus brawler get her upper body up from the dusty grounds, only to have it lay back down on Donovan's soft mane that acted like a pillow. "You're kinda bad at keeping a low profile. I also wouldn't be surprised if a handful of human already know and possibly fear your existence."

Listen to howl of our souls Being hidden in the bushes might actually work against an opponent who relies only on visual contact to spot their target. However, when you get within 200 meter radius from Headquarters your location is immediately revealed through the scanner. This is one of many ways how Knights stop an attack before it happens; by using technology that was developed away from eyes of society and government. Scanners have spotted two sisters sneaking around the Headquarters and hiding the bushes.
"...*sigh*...Nuisance..." As he walks by one of the bigger windows of the building Alex observes the bushes not too far from the HQ and sighs in annoyance. Admiral Asuka was the first one to spot two nuisance sisters, but Maria did not want to raise panic and told Alex to 'be so kind to remove them from headquarters' range'. Dante joins Alex in observing the bushes not needing the scanner to feel presence. "Nice, another pointless job. This will up your rank just as equal as flushing the toilet does." Dante sarcastically says to Alex who certainly does not like the fact of those two sneaking around.
"Yep, of many guests I present you Miss Crazy The Psycho and Sleeping Beauty The Psycho's Punching Bag. Reports say there are many ways of dealing with them rather than physical fighting." Alex says as he reaches for his pocket and takes out a tiny cylinder-like metal item. He then touches the scanner by the window and authorizes his fingerprint opening the large window in front of him. "...What kind of...tactic is that...I don't think any Bakugan is stupid enough to fall for that..." Dante complains as he watches his brawler do the work. Apparently, what Alex hold in his hand is a laser pointer and Dante already assumed the outcome. Once window is down Alex clicks on the button on the pointer and points it near the bush where those who are hiding can clearly see it. Then he starts moving the pointer moving the red dot up and down, left and right.

An irk mark appeared on Yita's forehead. That so called snoozer that's considered her older sister sometimes had the worst times of open her mouth. This had to be one of them. "You're lucky we're currently in stealth mode, or I would have strangled you to your dream land or whatever ridiculous name you two call it." She lightly pounds her fist to her open palm to express to anger before going back to monitoring the surroundings.
It all seemed call before Yita ducks down behind the bush again with a panicked look on her expression. Neri, worried for her partner, ceases watching for guards and nudges her face. "Yita? What seems to be the matter-"
"It just hit me! What if there's some girl in there that's seducing MY Noland?! I swear! If there is a such a girl in there, I'll slice her heart up and gouge out those eyes! Then maybe I'll -" Yita continues to quietly ramble on about all the possibilities that Noland could potentially be harmed or charmed. She was too busy rambling to notice that Neri's eye had caught something... Interesting.
Perhaps it was because she was in her regular boring cat form, it maybe it was because she was simple a feline. "It's!" Her blue eyes widen as she follows the red dot across the ground.
Yita noticed Neri's silence and peers up to her feline partner. "Neri?" The female follows her gaze to the ground. "What are you- oh." She hugs the cat, "Don't do it Neri! You'll blow our cover!" She quietly hisses as she tries to hold the car back, but with no avail as Neri leaps out of the bushes with so much force and energy that she manages to drag Yita along with her.
The haos duo ended up rather far from their destination, a good hundred meters most likely.

Niko was quite amused by her sister's bakugan. "Of all things you programed, you did cat." Though the Spartan was blind, she did sense the sporadic motions of the feline, and had a good feeling that the cat went after something that a cat simply couldn't resist, taking Yita along with her.
"Just goes to show that canines can be better." Donovan huffs with his eyes still closed, his big form still curls up. "They don't go after little red dots darting around the place."
"Ah, so that's what it is. A little red dot huh?"
The darkus bakugan continued on with his little talk to no one in particular. "Even then, some canines are kinda stupid. Glad I'm not one of them and an otherworldly creature. I just so happen to be closest to a canine in this realm."
A soft sigh escapes from Niko's lips before she positions herself back on Donovan in a comfortable position. "Heh, I guess you kinda resemble one. Or a scorpion." A yawn, then the darkus brawler as out like a light.

Listen to howl of our souls "..." Dante's response to that scene is just silence as he observes the cat-like Bakugan dragging its brawler across the place until they leave the sight. Dante keeps on looking at the distance in disbelief and silence is broken by Alex's words. "Did I ever lie to you?" Alex sarcastically asks Dante. "...Alright, I take it back. Guess there is first time for everything." Dante says in disappointment as Alex's plan against Neri actually worked and got Yita outside the perimeter.
"What about sleepy head?" Dante inquires noticing that Niko does not move. She is probably back to sleep again. "She is not the crazy one...as long as Miss Noland-Notice-Me is not in the picture we won't have any mess. Anyway, guards will probably take her out of the perimeter later." Alex replies and presses a few buttons on the control panel closing the window he opened up to deal with Neri.
Suddenly, Alex's phone starts ringing and he pulls it out to check the messages. As he reads the message sent to him he lets out a sigh of disappointment. "What?" Alex puts the phone back to his pocket and walks into an elevator getting to he bottom floor. "We just got rid of Ms.Psycho, but one of those gays is replacing her. Can't people just get a life and stop coming here?"
"Who told you that?" Dante inquires with curiosity. "Our lord and savior, Maria. She could send this gay to the gay pride he came from, but it seems we gotta do the dirty work." Alex replies with irritation. At that moment he leaves the building.

As Neri was giving in to her animal instincts, a shadow appeared over their heads. The figure looked like that of a Dragonoid's. Before they could realize who was above them, Neri was swiped by a claw, returning her to ball form in a surprisingly nice way. Damian caught Yita when she flew off of as a result of her disappearing so suddenly. Helios stomped on the ground as he landed, not caring that nearby structures were shaken from it.
"Only you, Neri. Only you..." Helios said with great disapproval.
"Look at you, Yita. Disobeying the queen now, aren't you? I'm too shocked to congratulate you." Damian carelessly threw her to the bushes on the side so she was out of his way. Theoretically, he could help her with her problem since he knew why she was there, but he didn't care about Noland. They still need to settle things, but that was less important than who he was after.
"Knock knock." When Damian said that, Helios launched fireballs in the Silver Knights direction. Rather than destroy them, he did it as a warning shot that he was coming.

Listen to howl of our souls "Code DTCB, initiate." Loud female voice from the speaker shouts and a blinding flash comes out of nowhere surrounding the headquarters with some sort of blue aura. Aura takes direct hits from fireballs incoming, however fireballs do not proceed any further from there and disperse after making contact with the aura. Another Silver Knights' defense mechanism; after Infernal Order and surprise attack of Marcus Lyonel it would be a very foolish move not to prepare the building for more surprise attacks. Especially after taking it Noland, who is now targeted by many of those who hate him.
Alex steps outside the barrier zone and faces the attackers. He realizes the exact identity after seeing a Bakugan of Helios line. He is not particularly happy to see Spartans pilling up like that near the HQ; they are probably all after Noland and game of irony happened that Noland is not in the building anymore. "I think you didn't come here for sightseeing. Need something, pyro?" Alex asks with a bored and slow tone knowing he has to deal with another crazy person.

Damian stepped down from Helios when he saw the barrier come up and a very powerful brawler step up to confront him. He looked at him with the same smile as usual, the one where everyone knew he was about to do something he had no business doing.
"I dunno. I think I might've come here for that. That's a nice looking shield you got there."
"It'd really be a shame if something happened to it." Helios chimed in, definitely not implying that he wanted to take it down.
"Luckily for you and your organization, I'm not here to meddle in your country's racist affairs. There's someone far worse than all of you here on this planet. I'm stopping by to wonder if any of you know of a masked man wandering around aimlessly with a mechanical Hydranoid, unless he kicked your sorry asses already?"
"And another thing...I don't sense that powerful energy I crave to destroy anymore. Where is Drago?"

Listen to howl of our souls "Yep. Saw him. " Alex quickly replies to Damian's question. He does recall the masked person with mechanical freak. Alex did not understand or bother to understand all what that masked person told him; it was none of his business. He was around those areas only because of an artifact that was mentioned and was supposed to do weird things to those who come near it.
"Pyro and Mr.Hero vanished from their room." Alex says after Helios asked if Drago was there or not. From info he got apparently one Spartan had a bone to pick with Noland. There is no reason to hide what happened; no one knows exactly where those two went. Alex considers it stupid that at time like those someone worried about some grudge they hold against Noland while there were far more important things to worry about out there. However, none of that is his business, so he doesn't care to give an opinion.
