Unfortunately, you may not do it this way.
You are required to make Stage 2 evolution first using victory links in one thread and then Stage 3 evolution in another separate thread using Chaos Ability X.
Also, use abilities of any natural attribute? Does that imply using any attribute?

As mentioned, it requires separate thread for easier processing and less confusion for staff.
As for attribute thing- that cannot happen since it is same thing as saying 'this Bakugan is Dextra' and Dextra will not be allowed for normal Bakugans. If you want it to use different attributes state maybe 3 of them and add 'attribute change' just in case. Using abilities that have different attribute than your Bakugan's can only be done under very specific conditions.
