Suggestion to help catch Boosting

So, my idea is simple. If it works the way I think it will, it will probably allow admins to discover a booster right when the battle starts. What I'm thinking is an IP logger for when someone creates and account. The IP would be visible only to admins, or something along those lines, and could be used to determine if someone is boosting. It could also be used to determine if someone accused of boosting is actually boosting or not. I hope there's something out there than can do it.

Exactly. Basically, it would determine accounts made from the same location.

You know... We can already see IPs anyways so we do not need it . Yes, we can see eeeeevery IP here. Do you think that is what determines our decisions or there might be something else, too? Hmm... I wonder what.
