I just want to clarify that Bakugan Trap abilities DO NOT go into the card counts. Battle Gear abilities do not go into the card counts either. I specified that to be the case with Bakugan Traps, because you are still using actual cards for Bakugan Traps. Battle Gear have the abilities contained within their creation threads. There is not one instance on the site where it is stated that a Battle Gear ability is counted as any of the abilities you already know about, so I'm not sure how that got confused...well, let's be honest, Klar. We both know why you said that. ^_^
And that brings me to the most important point of this thread. This is the most disgusting display I have seen since the days of Spectra, rangerx, and Masquerade. So Atom, thank you for showing this to me, because your opponent, Klar Roth, is a bonafied cheater. Not only that, but I clearly see that I made some staffing mistakes, and after seeing this, it's going to get corrected very shortly. Let's get into this.
Before I get to exposing Klar, let's address some problems I have with what you've done, Atom. Well, actually, you didn't do anything wrong if we're talking about cheating, but you had a misstep on your Battle Gear. They are only allowed to be 300G at max, and that's after two upgrades. Genetor is not upgraded, and we know this, because we tell you to provide proof whenever an upgrade occurs. Since you didn't, that was a first timer, and somehow - despite the expectations of staff knowing the rules that were set - it got approved at 500G and with level 2 and 3 abilities that shouldn't be there.
Rest assured, someone will answer to me for that. ^_^
Now, Atom...pay close attention. I want you to see this so you know what you've been dealing with.
So Klar...you said to Flipper that he's the reason why we can't have good things in life. It's ironic that your actions say that about you.
When you started this thread, you automatically set Coredem to be at 1000G. I wouldn't have to look at anything else past that to declare Atom the winner, because we both know your Coredem is actually 500G.
The Bakupack really helps, doesn't it? There's more though. ^_^
You used the Level 5 gate card without an ability, so naturally, you were supposed to discard an ability count. You tossed away a Fusion Ability count, which is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason why I'm not going to hold you accountable for that is due to the way it was worded by the one who made that thread. You were supposed to discard an ABILITY count, or normal/regular ability, nothing else.
You might think you're off the hook since I'm forgiving that error, but we're not done yet. ^_^
Let's talk about your Support Weapon usage. You used two different ones. One was Spitarm. You said it was a Battle Gear.

Bakugan...Trap? You mean to tell me that you declared two Bakugan Traps to be Battle Gear? "But Damian...that's hardly a big deal. It's just a simple mistake." I can see that sentence coming. It sure is simple to understand that it's actually a big deal when all of the Support Weapons function differently, so it's possible that your opponent who understood what the distinction was between a Bakugan Trap and a Battle Gear would've been confused if he saw you using more cards than you were allowed to. You deceived Atom into believing those two Support Weapons were something they weren't.
Worst of all, the Lima Pawn isn't even Clear attributed. I searched through yours and Blaze's post history to see if there was something I wasn't understanding, as if someone could change a Bakugan Trap into a Battle Gear. Nothing was seen. Lima Pawn doesn't exist as a Battle Gear, but it does exist as a SUBTERRA Bakugan Trap. In addition to that, you claimed that it changes attribute with your Bakugan, as if Blaze's Bakugan Trap included the ability to attribute change. Laughable.
The Clear attribute doesn't even provide that benefit alone anyway. Our ruling on that attribute is the same as it is in real-life. You only get to benefit from one attribute, which is another way of saying, the Clear Bakugan gets to use the attributed powers of an attribute you select for that round. CLEARLY - pun intended - you didn't do that.
To top this all off, you're a thief based on what WE can see. We already understand that Lima Pawn isn't Clear; otherwise, it would've said so in the creation thread. That same creation thread says that she only gives it to people who wield the Subterra attribute. You wield the Clear attribute, so IF there was nothing said in PM about you having the Bakugan Trap, guess what? You stole a Bakugan Trap from another member. Isn't that fantastic? ^_^
Thank you once again for allowing me to rant. The winner is Atom, and he gets all of the rewards that one usually gets.
