Special Shots use up a specific amount of HSP. Capital Shine uses 100 to be precise. As we start with that much, I can use it immediately.

Forgive me, it’s been a year like I said.
Okay so you have 1800 and I have 1550.
Gate card open! Level 5!
You lose 400 for each Bakugan you have in play (2).
Me: 1550
You: 1000
(Because I did not play an ability card with my gate card, I will move my fusion ability card to my used pile. I still have the opportunity to use a special ability card.)
