Hello, ladies and gentlemen of WC. You know what this is about. I've been tasked with teaching chess to campers at my job this coming week, and it had me thinking a lot about how I got so strong in brawling in the first place. The analytical skills from chess advanced my power to the point where I'm begging for someone to reach my level so I can fully come out of retirement. (Sorry. I had to say it.) As always, here are the rules. > I will briefly present a specific point in a brawl, and then I'll ask a question at the end of the post. Your job will be to post in this thread with your answer. > You have unlimited submissions. > Submissions will be allowed until I confirm a winner, so even if one person posts before you, you can still respond. > I can and will respond at any time. Once I acknowledge that there is a winner, I will close the thread.
The person with the answer I'm looking for will receive a Legendary Soldier of their choice + a Forbidden Bakugan OR card. Alternatively, you may surrender both options to receive 1000 Honor Points instead. Let's begin. Note: PAY. ATTENTION. DO NOT OVERTHINK IT! --- General Sargon logged on the site one day and saw Father Tinsley and Asuka taking Kianna's and Quinn's Bakupacks after winning a 2v2 brawl by 5000G. Sargon then tells Asuka that he will be forcing her and Tinsley to fight each other, and the winner will be free to go while the loser has to give him the Bakupack that he/she took. A couple of minutes later, Vince goes into the thread where Tinsley and Asuka won. He throws in Genesis Dragonoid to establish a rule that no Bakugan could be taken in that battle. Kianna and Quinn then start a battle with each other, using the Bakupacks that were taken from them. Sargon then goes into their battle, ends it, and says that their stuff had been taken, and if they want it back, they will have to pay him a total of $10,000 to receive everything. Kianna and Quinn pay him the money. Tinsley and Asuka do not give the Bakupacks back. Kianna then posts in the Bakugan Creation and Card creation boards showing everyone that they were ripped off. Yita logs onto the Game Master to delete the posts related to Kianna and Quinn's Bakupacks being taken. --- Your objective: There are people here who will be receiving warnings and/or bans. Tell me who will be receiving what and why they're getting it. Also, you need to tell me who the staff members are. I feel like and idiot Staff is Sargon and Yita. Warnings unchanged: Sargon for scamming Tinsley, and Asuka for not giving the bakupacks back. and for well taking them in the first place. Lastly Kianna for posting in the creation threads Bans: Vince for Genesis Dragonoid. How did he get his hands on one. Innocent: Quinn. Yes like Blaze said and a lot of us agree. Okay lets give this a shot. Get it? Shot? Sorry, maturity now.
Anyway. I will start with who is the staff.
One has the be vince as only staff could do that with the dragonoid, like for example game master himself. No normal member could do that. Next Sargon also has to be staff because normal members can't just end a brawl, well they could try but they would be a) told off by staff and b) most likely ignored. And also Yita cause I mean a normal member can't just access the creator account.
As for warnings and bans,
Father Tinsley and Asuka would at most get a possible ban cause I know you can take bakugan but I don;t think you can the whole bakupack as that would be OP as hell. On top of this no idea of what board it was in so no idea of taking should have been active or not. On top of this even after vince added the rule they did not give the stuff back which they should have.
Sargon is in the wrong as he got money to 'give their stuff back' which is wrong, they are the original owners and should get it back for free more so with Vince putting the no taking bakugan rule. He would receive a warning and or ban.
Kianna and Quinn I would say is fine they did nothing wrong in my eyes Kianna may get a warning though for the posting in creation boards about being ripped off when it should have been pm'd to a staff member to be honest.
Yita I cannot really say as we don't know what was deleted and why.
Doign this at like 11:47 PM so uh, I may be wrong.

So first the bans and why: Sargon gets banned. Why? Well first. He had Tinsley and Asuka battle to keep their winnings. He would take the losers away. Next he did ripoff Tinsley and Asuka for having them pay for the bakupacks, but did not give them back.
Next the warnings and why: Kianna and Quinn shoudld have contacted staff. You can't just post in the creation threads about this. That is not what they are for. They should have told the Game Master or a Administrator.
The staff members are Sargon, Yita, and Vince
This is my nickle in the bucket. Lay waste.

Some of your choices went overboard with their punishment.
Some of your choices shouldn't be there.
One of the people you named as staff shouldn't be there.

Okay take 2:
Staff: Yita and Vince
Warnings: Vince for throwing in the dragonoid in a finished brawl.
Bans: I stand by what I have said about Sargon. He shouldn't have them fight for the bakupacks. He shouldn't have scammed Tinsley, and Kianna.
Yita gets in no trouble. As a member of staff, who also has access to the Game Master account, she can delete what ever post necessary, and for justified reason, without warning.
Second attempt. Where did I go wrong.

Vince, Sargon, and Yita is the staff member. Vince is obviously staff member because of Genisis dragonoid. Asuka and tinsley wouldn't have done what they did had Sargon not been a staff member. Yita is staff otherwise he wouldn't have accessed gm.
General Sargon will get ban, if not a warn. the rule to take wasn't set up before the brawl. coming out of nowhere should be against the rules. Forcing someone to brawl for bakupacks back and to pay money should be illegal as well. it only adds to the list of problems done.
Kianna might get a warn for posting their problems in the wrong section. That's causing delays for those who want to get their cards and bakugan created.

Okay. Staff.
Vince: No question. Absolutely staff. Genesis Dragonoid is not something to mess with. If you can use him, you are high ranking staff.
Yita: As Blaze said, no ordinary member can access GM account. Absolutely staff.
Warnings:
Tinsley and Asuka: What they did would not be appropriate, under any circumstances. However, as far as we know, this is a first offense. As there isn’t a specified rule anywhere, it would be foreseeable that it could happen. High level warning.
Kianna: Probably a low level warning, but still a warning for possible spam.
Bans:
Sargon: Okay, really? No. Unacceptable. Vince, a staff, made it clear that there was no taking. Forcing Kianna and Quinn to give him money for something that isn’t his? Who gave him that power? As he’s not staff, nobody probably.
As for Quinn, nothing happens to him.

Grimm, three of your answers are wrong for the same reasons. Some of them shouldn't there, and for the ones that should be named, you have them down for the wrong reason.
Braku, be very careful on using the word "mod." Also, you made the same mistakes Grimm made.
Atom, I like one of your sections. One section went overboard, and for the other, you have someone that either shouldn't there or is there for the wrong reason.

Kianna could get a warning, but you don't have to be warned when your post get deleted by staff. It still lead to some form of punishment. But not an outright ban worthy offense.
Tinsley, and Asuka for taking the full bakupacks, of both Tinsley, and Asuka.
Bans:
Yita gets banned for deleting evidence. Despite not being proper locations they were evidence. Should have locked them, and or moved the post.
Staff is Vince, and Yita.
My last attempt before work. If I have enough time after work I will attempt again if wrong.

Tell you what. Look at what I said in the chatbox concerning Blaze's post. I keep seeing the same two names and they're wrong every time. Try something different.

Vince didn't really do anything wrong, other than interrupting an already full brawl. He threw in genesis dragonoid to activate its special ability and stop Asuka and tinsley from taking bakugan. This is because Genesis Dragonoid has the supreme authority to create anything from the user's imagination. Vince might be warned for interrupting a full but other than that vince is clean.

I'm dropping hints here. 1. There are TWO staff members. 2. Four people got warnings. 3. One person got banned. ^ Do you now see what I was talking about when I said that some of you were making a bigger deal out of some people's actions, placing people on there that shouldn't be there, and giving people the wrong punishment? As you can see, there are 5 people who got disciplined; there are 7 people altogether, which implies that two people did not get punished. Do we understand now? Edit: In addressing Grimm's post... Pay attention to the note I left on the initial post. Those words are in all CAPS.  Also, I am very specific with my wording. Do not assume. If I didn't specifically call out someone for hacking, they didn't do it. |

Okay, getting this out of the way. Quinn is safe, nothing wrong. In fact, the only one that was only mentioned by name and not with anything major.
Sargon: Banned. Reasons the same as before. However, he’s a staff.
Kianna: warning. Again, same reasons as before.
Tinsley: Warning. Again, same reasons as Kianna
Asuka: despite posting in the wrong area about what happened, it’s a mistake that would be given a few words about where it should be. No warning.
Now then, Vince and Yita. One is staff, the other gets a warning. Let’s look at the facts:
Vince used Genesis. That’s something reserved for GM and trusted staff.
Yita used GM account and deleted specific, crucial posts.
Vince is the staff member. Anybody who knows anything of Yita (aside Noland obsession) knows that she is crazy good with computers and is capable of hacking. I say she gets the warning. If she did anything bigger, she would’ve gotten banned; but deleting posts is not quite that level.
In conclusion:
Sargon: banned, staff
Kianna: High warning.
Tinsley: High Warning. Again, same reasons as Kianna
Asuka: Small warning.
Vince: Staff
Yita: Warning
