2)Double my future effects.

You need to edit. You are using Haos Lumagrowl but Crush Claw is the following: An Aquos ability and used by Lythirus. Crush Claw's creation threadTherefore that ability cannot be used.

This means I can change your element to subterra as this gate card isn't pyrus aquos or ventus so your protection wouldn't stop this.
This means your card no longer works brining us back to the following.

But I also need to play an ability so ability activate! Fire flare!
Now normally this would increase me by 400 but due to the double future effects from my Pyrus Override it is now increase by 800.

Then, Ability Breaker!
Negates your ability. So you are back to subterra meaning no more time lord and no more protection.

I protect myself from your ability breaker's effect. Therefore your trap ability too as it cannot go off if the negate is stopped as the trap would be back out the round again.
You also go to base but you already was at base after stopping the negate.

Well. Looking at the battle rules you can counter in these ways:
Special counters once, like protection. Countering your opponent's other effects; Gate Card effect, Bakugan Trap Ability, Battle Gear ability, etc once. And countering opponent's Ability and/or Special Ability, or even countering all Abilities (Cancelling/Negating/Reflecting, etc.) twice.
You have used protection, you countered my gate, and used ability breaker. You have one final counter left. I on the other hand still have a single counter and a counter for traps gears etc.
As it stands you can use a non attribute card to counter or either a haos counter card that doesn't say about haos bakugan in the effect unlike the pyrus shop cards do or a subterra counter card. Could be a bit wrong on that though.
