"Um Wavern I have a question. You see where we are from. If it is not an official Colosseum even the brawler will be an acceptable target. I don't know about their world." Grimm gestures to the other team. "But, do you have issue with that. It is common among the stronger brawlers to join the fray. Me, and my teammate Atom commonly do this. But usually with way more risk. But we can hold back to prevent to great of an injury." Grimm speaks out.
"Grimm what if they are capable of fighting back." Ask Serperios.
"Then it would be more fair if they are not used to being a target in combat themselves. But if they are then they are still in for quite the surprise. The edge lord Destruction here learned the hard way to not mess with me. I can be quite vengeful. Also he is the only one out of the five of us that needs power restraints for controlling output. Plus five out of six of us are more than capable in a fight with another person. No offense Ivan. You can handle yourself just fine, you are still in training from Atom." Grimm responds. What he is asking for is very risky. 'Out of all of us me, Atom, and Ivan are very used to being targets. But those fights usually involve the great risk of dying. So being careful is essential.' Are just some of the few thoughts going about Grimm's head. "If you need an example. It would be like this. Person a and b begin the battle with their bakugan. Person a and b are sword fighting while the bakugan fight each other as well. Sometimes switching targets. And yes that does mean the bakugan can take aim at the brawler. Trust is very important to say the least."

"THAT...is a good question?" Wavern said with a bit of shock that it came from Grimm of all people. "I'll answer that," Genesis Dragonoid volunteered. "Honestly, Dharak's presence made me forget to issue a warning for everyone involved. So, I said to keep this clean, right? If attacking the brawler is what you consider clean fighting, then by all means, have at it, but if you get penalized afterwards, don't look at me funny.""Now, if your powers supplement the Bakugan, then that's all fine and dandy. But...since this isn't a battle to the death, I hardly think fighting the actual brawler is necessary. If you and your opponent agree to it, then I can make exceptions. There are people here who do not have powers themselves, or some may have powers that only supplement their brawling styles and do not encompass mortal combat.""I think a general rule of thumb is, if it's not ethical, please don't do it," Wavern concluded. "Now then, let's begin. It's on you two, Noland and Blaze."( Blaze vs Noland)

First battle, between the Pyrus Resistor and... whoever the other person is, was about to begin. Lydia took her liberty to just walk to the nearest bench and calmly sit down. She turned her laptop on and began relaxedly typing something on it, completely disregarding the battle going on. There was no sign of Maste being anywhere near- perhaps she was yet going to arrive or maybe she was already there, but not visible for whatever reason. Lydia seemed to be checking her emails, then switching to Eden's webpage from time to time, opening Word documents and scrolling through them. She was so absorbed into whatever she was doing not even blowing this place up entirely could take her attention.
She briefly stopped to ask something of the 'supervisors'. "So... can I go home? I have a few exams and projects I need to grade for my students. Maste doesn't require my presence for using any power." Lydia inquired. The only reason she accepted this was to get out of Eden and get a few hours free to she could catch up on other obligations. With her working on permanent cure for Maverick virus, training Shabelle Carter, holding lectures, grading exams and projects and, on top of all that, taking care of Maurice it is a lot of exhausting work. Since Maurice likes himself more than any good changes in his life it doubles the workload for Lydia until she drills some sense into his brain.

Know what is most likely will be one of the stupidest things he will ever do. Grimm slides next to Lydia. "Hey remember me. I'm crazy guy. Aren't you the least bit curious on what is going on. I mean. I doubt the god of creation would just let you go either. Beside being the most powerful on your team must have it's advantages. Those two are power themselves yes. But heeeey. What can I say." There is a level of arrogance in his voice. It's like he is trying to bait her.
"Please don't listen to him." Goes Serperios." Really do not."
"Hey now Serperios. Calm down. Beside teleportation is useful for a reason. But hey. Can I inquire information from you. And in exchange I will tell you something about me. Sound like a deal. Information about what you can do. And Information about what I can do." Grimm turns to the battle field. "Or would you like to try to shut me up. No help from the god either. That ain't playing nice. I'm just trying to talk." Though. His intention is very clear. He is trying to gain information by trading information about him. He is either brave or foolish. Or he could be implying he is expendable. But one wouldn't want to imply they are expendable.
"Grimm. No." His bakugan seems to be discouraging it but isn't really stopping him like before.

"Oh my God..." Wavern sighed.
"What?" Genesis Dragonoid answered. "Oh. You're not talking about me. Sorry."
Using her telekinesis, Wavern lifted Grimm off of the ground and brought him to her. She had him right in front of her face. If Grimm didn't get the message from being this close, then nothing will.
"What you're asking for goes way beyond casual curiosity, and your comment after cutting your eyes to the battlefield shows your true intentions," Wavern noted, and it was true. Anything going on in another reality is none of his business unless he had plans to make for what he gets told, IF he got told that is. "You haven't listened to a single word we've said."
"And now she's pissed. Thank you, sir," Genesis erroneously thanked. He continued watching the battle, not giving a single damn about Grimm's ridiculousness.
"It's not fair to Ms. Hayes if I punish her for what you're doing, but the ones over here will suffer the consequences of your insubordination," Wavern promised. She flew over to the Reality Shifter's side to give them one last warning, since this was strike 2 for Grimm.
"Your good friend here likes to get reactions out of folk, so I have a good one in store for ALL of you," Wavern started off. "For the next brawler that goes out to battle from your side, I will force that being to only be able to access a fixed portion of their overall power until whenever I decide to stop it. Anything else from your side, and you'll be disqualified. You know whose going to come to get you if you get disqualified, so...do whatever you from now on at your own peril."
Wavern dropped Grimm off back to his side for the last time. She went back over to Lydia to answer her question.
"I'm sorry, but the brawler has to be here," Wavern apologized. "Fear not. When all of this is over, you will return back to your world at the same time you left it. I will also adjust your bodies to where it needs to be in case it throws off any of your rest schedules. Would you like me to mute the noise of your surroundings while you focus?"

Ivan bursted into laughter after seeing what went down between Grimm and the God-like beings.
"HAHA, that's what you get Grimm!" He mocked as he pointed at him much-like a child would.
A few moments passed after Grimm disregarded the taunting, and Ivan's face went blank.
"Ughhhhhhhhhh." HE griped. "I'm so boredddddddd." Ivan sat down and created a small flare of fire that he began to spin in circles using his mind signifying his level of boredom.
The other contestants looked at him with looks of disgusts at his erroneous behavior. Ivan quickly noticed and dispeled the flame. He laid back and began going over his bakupack gear.
"Sheesh I wish my turn would hurry up and come."

I turned to Grimm. "Grimm, two things. One, stop trying to get additional information. For reasons that should be obvious to all of us, Genesis and Wavern don't approve of our abilities. And you asking for information is conducive to you trying to plan an invasion. Two, just be quiet and wait for your turn. I know you're trying to pass the time by gaining battle info, but Destruction has basically given us all we need to know. The rest we'll have to learn by just watching." I looked at Ivan. "And Ivan, entertain yourself by learning from the battles before your turn. Figure out a strategy for who you're planning on facing. Both of you need to focus on doing the right thing right now. For Grimm, that means NOT causing chaos and for Ivan, that means you thinking ahead and planning." I looked at the battle. "The last thing we need or want is for us to get disqualified. It's not only for us to learn a lesson about not using our powers willy nilly, but it's also to their benefit," I signified the other team, "because we bring a different set of powers than what they're used to. And what I understand from the things Genesis and Wavern said, our use of Shifting every now and again has managed to damage the Dimensional Boundaries of this Reality, allowing Dimensions to start colliding. They're going to be going up against things none of us have ever seen, except maybe Destruction." I turned back to my teammates that weren't battling. "Until this is over, Grimm, you are not allowed to cause any more chaos. No going over to the other team, and no trying to trade information. Ivan, you need to start paying attention to the battles and learning from them. Figure out what you can." I turned to face towards Genesis and Wavern. "For what it's worth, I'm sorry for any and all transgressions that my team may have been the cause of. I understand what your anger and frustration could come from, and while I may not know it as well as you do, I'll do my best to look out for it and reduce its severity as much as possible by restricting my use of alternate Realities and my Shifting abilities. Once again, I'm sorry for any headaches me and my team may have caused you." I returned my focus to the battle.

"Daaaaaaaaamn," Tank voiced as soon as the disrespect from Noland made its mark. "Did she even hurt you at all!? That was only three abilities in base form!" Obviously, this comment was meant to piss people off and get them scared for what's to come.
"Tank... Might want to chill," Gladion suggested before they get penalized again.
"Wavern said we can talk trash, and they encouraged it," Tank excused. "As long as I'm able, I'm doing it."
"The battle is now over! Noland and Drago have won!" Wavern announced.
"As expected," Tank added in. "Next!"
"Since the first round has concluded, both teams will have access to their currency for the tournament. Until we reach a certain point, you can only use them when it's your turn," Wavern explained, hinting that there would be a change later on. "Resistors and company, please take some time to deliberate on your next move. I will give you some time, but not too much time. The Reality Shifters have been penalized due to Grimm, so whoever you choose to battle will operate at a significantly lesser capacity than they're capable of."
"Neat," Tank accepted. "Hey...we CAN attack bodyguards, right?"
"That is correct."
"You all thinking what I'm thinking?"

"Yep," Kendrick acknowledged. "Attacking Atom would be a good idea right now. Not sure how strong he is though..."
Kendrick thought about it for a couple of seconds. Out of all of the plans he had, the attack on Atom made the most sense since it would give them a direct path to the Destruction and to a potential victory. Their other members were less important to that potential path overall, especially Grimm. The longer he was active with the mouth he has, the better.
"Yeah...I'm thinking we SHOULD attack Atom right about now. That's the best idea we have to go for a win," Kendrick settled on. "Noland, just sit back and relax. If the worst comes and you get attacked again, Allen has you covered. We don't want them seeing anymore of what you can do."
"Now, Atom and the Destruction are very peculiar folk to me. They were put at the spots they're in for a good reason, I'm sure. Who's ready to go out there?"

"Be careful of who gets sent out there," Noland advised Kendrick. "I didn't get remotely interested until Blaze revealed her powers. That may be their defining attribute, and we're facing people who can alter reality."
"Atom, Grimm, and the Destruction may be problems depending on what they're able to do to their Bakugan," Drago added in. "And that's without considering the things they could do to buff themselves or affect us with their battle points if they get the opportunity. After all, Wavern said that rule could change, and we don't know when."
"I don't say that to say the plan is bad or anything like that. I'm just telling you what I felt out there and how dangerous the bodyguard and leader could be."

"Hm...interesting observation..." Kendrick commended. "My thinking was that we have the people here to overcome strange phenomena like that as opposed to taking a team filled with people like Maurice and Gunz. Speaking of which...we kinda pick on him too much..."
"We don't pick on him enough," Krakix finally chimed in. "But look, Noland's perspective is very important since he was out there to see those powers being used against him. I have to admit. I was getting concerned for a bit since Blaze's interference made Prirad way stronger than he initially was. I was thinking she was going to pull out a Switch Code of her own."
"And then you suddenly realized that Drago's power will always be higher than what you perceive it to be," Siege corrected him.
"...We used to be a lot closer in power too... It's not fair..."
"Well, when we think about it, we do have people here with us who are hard counters to those type of powers," Kendrick introduced. "With that said, I still think that getting at least one of those reality guys out of the competition will help us big time."

Grimm sitting there has been paying attention despite his antics. He feels bad for Blaze. Villain or not that was a jerk move. Beside the seat handle cracking under the pressure he has been having a hard time just sitting still. Like a really hard time. He expects to piss people off. That is kinda his thing. He added pissing off gods to his achievement book. Totally worth it to him. Yet his fidgeting is concerning to to him. Especially with the unfamiliar energy in the air. Which Grimm has been slowly taking in, and very much regretting it. The energy is like candy. "Okay that is it. I want to fight. Like what is going on with this placed. Atom please tell you have felt it too." Grimm says while shaking Atom a little. "I mean boom, bang, pop." Each word with Grimm teleporting to three different places. Then back to Atom. "Then there this the energy in the air like candy. I need to release it somehow. I'm like a wind-up toy set on overdrive. And poor Blaze. I want to smack the mister MCrude upside the head. GAaaaaaaah! I feel like a bouncing ball with infinite bounce." Grimm starts teleporting around the seats near his team out of pure impatience.
"Okay I have seen a hyper Grimm. I have seen an impatient Grimm. I have seen them combined and you may think this is normal Atom, but. Grimm is acting like a child in a candy store. Which is not good. And the best way to release would for him to fight. But I actually want to hold back." Says Serperios very much concerned about winning that Grimm's antics are going to be too much this time. Then a firework goes off.
"Aha so it can be converted into solid matter. Blaaaaaaaaaaze. Look." Grimm pulls out more fireworks from the air. The energy in the air making it easy to do so, with so much of it. "Taking full advantage of E=mc^2 I can convert the energy in the air to a solid matter. And then. Fireworks. Yippee." Grimm sets off another one. When goes off it reads. 'Blaze will be avenged'. "The rest are basic insults. Want to fire them off Blaze?"
"Atom I have an somewhat bad idea. But it will keep Grimm distracted. The idea is let him keep making those fireworks. And have him focus on moral support. His name may be grim, but that doesn't mean he is." Serperios is suggesting that Grimm be a moral support for the team. Which sounds bad on paper and when he said it. But it is the only way to keep mad teleporter calm that the hydra could think off.

As Grimm, Serperios, and Atom were conversing Ivan stood up enraged, his attention hadn’t shifted from what Noland had said to Blaze. “That jerk.” I thought.
I clenched my fists and a burst of fire engulfed them. This seemed to catch the attention of everyone in the arena, including Genesis Dragonoid and Wavern themselves. Every second that passed the flames increased in brightness.
“HEY!” “How about you not do that I’ll take anyone of you chumps on right now!” I shouted my anger altering my voice completely.
Before I knew it I was in the air. I dove towards Tank ready to deliver a blow to the face. Seconds before I connected I quickly extinguished my flames and flipped back. Using my control over wind I let out a power gust of wind that shot downwards propelling me up. Ivan used the wind to glide safely back to his team's side. I let out a sigh. “Phew that was close.” “I almost got us disqualified.” I turned to my team. “Sorry guys, I kind of lost it there didn’t I?” “What's wrong with Grim?”

"Oi vey." I said. I looked straight at Ivan. "Sorry about this bud, but something needs to happen." I looked at Grimm. "Same to you." I focused a bit. "Tas!" I called. Ropes appeared out of nowhere and entwined them both, preventing them from moving normally. "Now Grimm, I know how easily you can escape from these, but I had to make a point before anybody official decided to. If you two keep up with your antics, it's likely someone's going to have to make a point out of one of you, which would give us strike three. So please," I took a deep breath, "STOP!" I yelled at them. "Enough already! You two need to remain as calm as possible! Grimm, if Genesis or Wavern say that you can keep making your fireworks, then go right ahead and continue making them. Otherwise, stop! And Ivan, keep calm. This is meant to be something fun for both sides, not one of us attacking someone from the other team because of bantering that is PART OF NORMAL BATTLES! You two are worse than Azion at annoying me! Now, stop acting like children before I make both of you silent!" I took a deep breath to calm myself down, and looked at Genesis and Wavern again. "Again, sorry about my teammates. It seems that some of them just can't stop being annoying." I looked at Tank. "Sorry about Ivan. He's just recently figured out how to use that ability, and he's still kinda trigger happy with it. If he does something like that again, I'm going to do more than just bind him in ropes. Hopefully it doesn't come to that, but you never know." I looked at Grimm and Ivan again. "And you two better stop doing things that would inflict further punishment onto us that I need to apologize for in an attempt to reduce their severity. Can you two not just be civil just this once?! Honestly, if I didn't have an obligation to keep you two out of trouble because of your Realital Genes, I'd have left you a long time ago before any of this happened. Especially you, Grimm. I knew you were trouble as soon as you entered that pocket dimension Chronogian created. You never should've received that Beta Gene."

"Yeah, okay," Tank nodded, not acknowledging the fact that some dumbass was trying to get physical with him. He looked up at Wavern to see what she was going to do.
"You don't have to say anything. I know," Wavern assured him. "Penalized."
"Yes!!!" Tank cheered. "What's the penalty this time?"
"Ivan's action is threatening behavior, so it will be treated as a threat. Reality Shifters, I will now give your opponents an option. I can either make the previous penalty last the whole battle, or I can extend the penalty to two turns. I'll count that as strike 2.5 for you, because I'm such a nice Bakugan. One more thing and it's curtains for all of you."
"Did you hear that!?" Tank bellowed to make sure the other team heard him. "Honestly, if I were you guys, I'd just surrender right now. Ya'll are making this way too easy. I can't believe we're actually wasting our time with this!"
"...Since when did we become such trolls?" Gladion wondered to himself.
