The Monkey and The End

[cusillu]

Somewhere in the doom dimension:

"Sooooooooooo Cusillu. Are you sure this is going to work. After all you did say the guy is very powerful. Why would he need me?" Says a blond hair man in the doom dimension.

"Because it will free me." Says a giant shadow who's head gets closer to the man. "Now the ritual is ready. Add your blood. Just as a taste."

"Okay. But if this fails breaking you free is only going to get harder." The man pulls out a pocket knife knife and cuts his hand. The blood falls onto strange lines that turn black the moment the blood connects. "Okay I take that as a good sign?"

"Yes. It does." Goes the giant shadow. The circle glows and shifter portal has been opened.

"Woah. So how do you know about "Destruction" guy Cusillu?" As the man to shadow.

"We meet long ago. Beyond the dawn of time but before the rise of creation. We earth bound immortals are entities of destruction. Consuming all living souls in our wake. We wish to destroy everything." Goes Cusillu. "Our goals align is what I'm saying, but we were stopped. But this a new chance. A new opportunity."

"Welp Wu Kong. I guess your a villain now." The man calling himself Wu Kong tells himself. "So how much longer do we have to wait."

"Very soon Wu. Very soon."

[The Destruction]

I continued observing the Reality, making note of as much as possible for future allies and enemies. I kept a VERY close eye on Atom, constantly checking his power levels for the moment to swoop in a take him out. However, in another dimension, I felt something drawing me. I took a look, and noticed an ancient ritual circle. "Impossible. Very few beings know of the call symbol, and even fewer know how to activate them!" I thought for a moment. "Odds are well against it being anybody of importance. It was mostly likely an accidental activation. However, I must check it out to be certain." I sent a message to Dark Atom.

Dark Atom was tailing Ivan, making note of his routine. He already knew when he trained with Atom to perfect his Attribute Wielding, but he had to make notes of his other activities. Then, he got my message. "Dark Atom, abandon what you're doing this instant."
"What?" He asked. "Why? It's vital that I get this information so that"
"Someone activated a call symbol." Dark Atom fell silent. "Go and find where it is, and report back what is there. Understood?"
"Yes sir!" Dark Atom warped away from Ivan's route, tracking the dark energy from the call symbol. "I doubt it's anything necessary. Likely some fool hurt themselves and spilled blood on it accidentally, not knowing of the power they summoned. Oh well, at least it'll get Destruction off my back with my jobs." He continued following the energy from the call symbol. "Almost there, and" he appeared out of the gate that was created by the call symbol. "Okay, I'm here, and there's nothing." He continued to look around, not knowing that the beings who activated the symbol were on the other side of the gate, out of sight. Neither party could see the other. However, it was likely the other beings heard Dark Atom, who continued searching. "Probably just some dying Bakugan who activated it. Nothing to report." He made one more sweep to make sure, staying an extra minute.

[cusillu]

"Ah and there is one of them now a negative shifter." The shadow reach out its giant hand overshadowing Dark Atom. The shadows come of the hands and pick him up and move him to Wu. "Do not fret Destruction's servant." Cusillu's head moves to the negative shifter. "It is me. Cusillu. The Earthbound Immortal."

"And yo. Hi, I'm Wu Kong. This guys new partner. A pleasure to meet you." One of Wu Kong's hands is red because of his blood." Said the man standing behind the summon circle.

"I a can assume you are here to check up on who used a summon circle. Am I correct." Goes the giant shadow solidifying into what looks like monkey zilla that is black and has golden Aztec lines on it.

[The Destruction]

Dark Atom looked over Wu and Cusillu. "Really? You activated the Call Symbol?" He began chuckling. "Wait until Destruction hears about this one!" He bellowed. "One of the Immortals that fought by his side millions of years ago, and was handily defeated by the First Shifter!" A few tears came out of Dark Atom's eyes because of how much he was laughing. "Now, let me guess. You're trying to get out of the dimension he locked you in, right? You must be joking! We all know that only the first five can break their own seals!" He knew he had to test what Cusillu knew. "I mean, even you had to know that, right?" Dark Atom continued his façade, waiting for Cusillu's answer to his claims. "I'll have to be careful." He thought. "Destruction once spoke highly of Cusillu, so I know he's powerful. However, I also know that he's very prideful and prone to unfixable errors. I'll just have to unnerve him is it comes to it."

[cusillu]

"You may be a servant of Destruction by I can destroy you just as much Destruction can destroy anything else. So hold your tongue. But yes. You are painfully correct. Now I have found myself a . . . . 'sigh' A brawler. Wu here. I already forged a link. Now I need a negative gene and I can serve Destruction again with him." Cusillu directs to the Wu Kong.

Looking like a derp then goes. "Yo." He looks side to side. "Little dude you look like you can use a banana." The guy oddly looks monkeyish. It doesn't help that he has a tail of one too.

"Once he has the gene he can break me free. So Destruction I know you can hear me through the puppet. What do you say." Cusillu says.

"Once he is free I say banana smoothies on me." Goes Wu.

[The Destruction]

"Cusillu, you know the rules." Said Dark Atom. "Only those the Destruction deems worthy may receive a Negative Gene. And this, man(?), doesn't seem to be what a typical Negative Shifter is. So, you know that that means." Darkness coagulated in Dark Atom's hand, forming a Bakugan and a Gate Card. "And as for you destroying me," Dark Atom held up his other hand, revealing an Energy Twist triangle, "good luck with that. I copied someone's DNA who had the power of the originals. If I use this power, even He cannot destroy me easily." He tossed the Bakugan in his hand a bit, ready to throw down. "Be ready, Cusillu. Times have changed, as have the rules. You'll have to earn back your old rank of General!" He tossed down the Gate Card. "Gate Card, Set! Bakugan, Brawl! Bakugan, Stand! Rise Haos Mythical Leonidas!" A Mythical Leonidas rose, the final evolution in the Leonidas line. "One of our own cloned this beast before he was turned. It is a fully evolved Bakugan, capable of defending against His attacks! Don't take this lightly." He raised a hand full of cards, two of them being pure black. "Your move."

[cusillu]

"Oh a brawl. Great." Wu says very sarcastically. "But monkeys are monkeys." 

"Wu. I will adapt to whatever this situation is but do not lose focus okay." Cusillu transforms himself in a bakugan for the first time. "Do not screw this up."

"Got it. I haven't brawled in a while. Not particularly the biggest fan. But Bakugan BRAWL! Bakugan Stand! Rise Subterra Cusillu!" Cusillu height is extremely tall. Easily surpassing most skyscrapers. "Ability Activate! Drain the Dead!" The corpse statues of fallen bakugan glow then build up into Cusillu's mouth. He then proceeds to eat the souls.

"It honestly has been a while since I had a meal. But now." Cusillu grabs Leonidas and easily fits the bakugan into gigantic hand. He squeezes with no remorse then slams the him into the ground.

"But we ain't done. Consecutive ability activate! Destructive Soul king's Monkey Palm Strike!" Cusillu raise his hand off of Leonidas. It begins to glow a deadly spirit gold color. Then he slams into the dazed bakugan shattering the earth for miles and leaving a very deep depression of his hand. Dealing massive damage.

"I may have to prove myself for my title back, but don't forget my power all the sudden." Cusillu scolds Dark Atom. "Show some proper respect."

[The Destruction]

"Keep in mind your antiquity, Cusillu." Warned Dark Atom. "You were once mighty, but these days you've been replaced by those who are more powerful, out of necessity. Spectra Phantom of the Vexos, partnered with Probability Helios, and Chaos Magantron, brother of one of our adversaries. You'll have to show me your darkness for you to reclaim your old title." Dark Atom raised an ability. "Ability Activate! Dextronic!" Mythical Leonidas glowed with all six Attributes, but remained the same visually. "Gate Card, Open! Double Fighters!" The card glowed, and Dark Atom had more darkness coagulate over his hand. "You, Wu, have no other Bakugan, so you cannot perform a throw in. Thus, I have the clear advantage. Bakugan, Brawl! Pyrus Darkus Probability Helios, Stand!" Probability Helios rose, next to Mythical Leonidas. "Ability Activate! Pyro Shield!" A bright shield formed in front of both Probability Helios and Mythical Leonidas. Despite its name, it would provide protection from a specific Attribute, in this case Subterra. Cusillu's abilities would be rendered worthless if they were aimed at Probability Helios or Mythical Leonidas. "Also, He has attempted to destroy all Realities again. Alas, He was defeated, this time after victory. How much do you think you can help him destroy Realities yet again?" Mythical Leonidas flew up, seemingly ignoring the damage that was dealt to it. It roared, creating a shockwave that managed to slide Cusillu back a few inches. "Oh, and did I forget to mention that Mythical Leonidas is the partner Bakugan of the one He fell to in his second round? You'll have to get past that. And remember, it's about proving yourself to Him again. Does that mean victory? Or does it mean something else?"

[cusillu]

"Then would it make sense to re-add to you forces. But I have nothing to prove. You know that. It is the boy that must prove himself. Go on Wu tell the servant of Destruction your motivations." Cusillu says. "Go on. Show him your anger." Cusillu is pulling out Wu's inner darkness. "Come on now don't leave the puppet waiting."

Wu closes his fist and the one that is cut draws out some more blood. His goofy demeanor just broken like that. "I want. . . . . I want something. I want something done to somebody. I want revenge." Wu spits out forcibly. Like he really doesn't want to talk about it. "Ability Activate! Mortal Shattering!" Wu plays trying to get the topic off of him.

"I can wait. But he will not Wu. Just remember that." Dark Atom can see Cusillu's great and powerful darkness weeding out Wu's. Influencing it and helping it grow. Cusillu performs the action of the card. Now normally Dark Atom's combo would work. But Cusillu's attack hit them hard anyways. As his hand pass through all the barriers and leaving another impression of Cusillu's hand. Smashing both Leonidas, and Helios into the earth.

"Consecutive Ability Activate! Earthbound Strike!" Wu plays. Cusillu lifts both of his hands above his head. Then brings them together and slams then straight down with destruction energy, and immortal energy like a meteor slamming down on Leonidas, and Helios. Mountains in the far off distance erupt at impact. The land shattering. The mantel of the planet in the doom dimension revealing itself as Wu Kong is sent flying to the top of Cusillu's head, Dark Atom just being sent flying. That attack clearly did a lot of damage.

"Come on now Wu. The damage is just the tip of your darkness. I know you can bring out more. Or may I remind you. Being trapped in the doom dimension has clearly taken its toll now. Spending months in hear. Being ripped for your world because of one boy in a mask." Cusillu implies attempting to prove a point.

[The Destruction]

A platform of darkness formed under Dark Atom, sopping his fall. He stood back up. "Just as powerful as in the stories of old." He thought. "It's unfortunate that Atom still has more power. However, I'm beginning to see that there is a strong connection, perhaps stronger than most typical bonds." I listened to Dark Atom's thoughts.
"Agreed." I said to him. "The darkness within Wu's heart is what propels Cusillu to ever greater heights. There is something there, and yet Cusillu overestimates Wu's darkness. He had an honorable upbringing, and is struggling to let go of his ideals. He is willing to do so, but only for a certain reward. The boy with the mask who attempted to collide dimensions. We'll have to tempt his to shrivel his inner light to bolster his darkness."
"Understood." Replied Dark Atom. He refocused on Wu and Cusillu. "So, the boy with the mask, huh? You wouldn't be talking about the one named Grimm, would you? If you are, then here's a little tidbit. Cusillu, Grimm bears a Chaos Seed. I'm certain you remember what those are, right?" He chuckled a bit. "You know, he also claims more power than Him. We've attempted to show him how wrong he is, but without Him at full strength we cannot defeat him easily. So, how strong are you? Are you capable of defeating him? Ability Activate! Light Split!" A bright glow came from Mythical Leonidas, and when it faded it revealed three of them. One Pyrus, one Haos and the other Aquos. They split up, circling Cusillu. "Even you know when numbers give the advantage. This is the power of the new Defender of Bakugan, and his partner the Timeline Guardian! He has faced down Grimm and brought him to a stalemate or beaten him numerous times. Now, the time has come to show me what you can really do! You want to escape from here? Prove it by defeating me!" The three Mythical Leonidases split up, travelling well out of range of Cusillu, based on what Dark Atom knew. "Even you know when something's too difficult for you to handle."

[cusillu]

"A chaos seed. So one has found a host after such a long, long time. How very interesting." Cusillu is unfazed by the extra bakugan. "Wu I have a gift for you. It will in us this fight. And prove your darkness." A card in Wu's hand glows brown and black then changes. "When yo use that card all your light will be drained. You mostly remain the same. But as a part of darkness."

Wu looks at the hesitantly. Yes know doubt the card would win him the brawl. But the lost of light is it worth it. 'No I lost everything when I fell into the doom dimension. And if Cusillu says something like that. Then I guess I have to believe it. The ends will justify the mean.' "Earthbound Immortal Ability Activate! Call of the Earthbounds!" Dark Atom knows what Cusillu just did. He drained Wu of his light. His goodness. "I will have my revenge upon Grimm Hallow!"

Cusillu swats away the Leonidases. Then strange tomb like structures pull themselves out of the ground. "Since the others are lock away themselves they can only send their power. But that will be more than enough. Endure the pain Wu." Souls of bakugan and anything else are pulled into the tombs. When it stops they pulse. Then morph and grow. Then five more giants show themselves. Not the real thing except for one but still a terrifying site. The Seven Generals The Earthbound Immortals. Each one taking aim with destruction energy charged. Then Probability Helios and the four Leonidas get blasted by them. Sending them all back. Leaving Dark Atom defeated as five of the Earthbounds recall their energy. The world around turned into nothing almost. For there still needed to be a battle field but not living or dead remain on a planet now mostly a desert. 

"This planet is wrecked." Wu goes. "I need a banana." He Drops to his knees exhausted. Cusillu goes into ball mode and floats near him.

"Well. The boy proved himself now has he. No more light. And I don't expect it to return." Cusillu states.

[The Destruction]

Dark Atom applauded. "Impressive indeed."
"I've seen enough." I said to Dark Atom. "Give it to him, but give the warning about those he'll face as well."
"Understood." Replied Dark Atom. A pod of darkness appeared in his hand. "Cusillu, you have indeed reproven yourself to Destruction, and Wu has been purged of his light. However, there are a few warnings I must give before you accept the Gene." He walked up to Wu and put the pod of darkness in his hand. "Now, think carefully about this. The people you'll go up against are among the strongest when it comes to Realital Abilities. One has powers from five separate Realities. Another the powers of his team. And then, of course, there's Grimm. Additionally, you'll face not one, but two reborn phoenixes. Finally, if your light returns to you under any circumstances, your body will reject the Negative Gene, and kill you. Is that understood? If it is, crush the pod in your hand, and feel the powers of darkness itself!" Dark Atom took a few steps back, awaiting Wu's decision.

[cusillu]

"What light. All I have left is revenge. My friends and family think I'm dead by now. Honestly What left do I have to lose. I will kill Grimm Hallow. The guy that put me into this mess. The guy who put others into this mess. I will make him feel all the pain I feel. And then kill him." Wu says. "I want the power. Make me a negative shifter."

"Well you heard the man. The Earthbound Immortal's are returning." Cusillu speaks with glee in his voice. Finally after so long after being imprisoned.

[The Destruction]

"Not quite the best listener, is he?" Wondered Dark Atom. "Well, as I said, just crush the pod and you'll become one. Just remember the warnings I gave you. Those can and will come into play when you face off against those Grimm has with him. And remember, do not go back to light, or else you will die." Dark Atom vanished into darkness, and went back to where he came from before he went to check the Call Symbol. "Another job done. Time to wreak some havoc and have some fun before the next one!"
