While Noland may have been concerned about a nuke blowing them all to hell, Allen was going to have some fun at the General's expense. After all, he and Gorem can't stop the nuke from exploding, so he didn't have to worry about it.
"Have to give you credit there, Mr. General. You're making me feel stupid. I thought you'd actually get smarter with your weapons of mass destruction," Allen started going in. "It's bad enough you want to use weapons even the President won't let you have. Now, you want to nuke us? If you hated the country so much, you should've just said something."
"'Army strong'" my ass," Gorem spat. "How about you stop crying like a fairy princess and get your 'Duke' out of here?"

"Ohhh...there's animosity in the air," Betadron sang out after hearing Allen and Gorem rip into the General's sheer incompetence. The hologram-like entity pointed his left palm towards Sargon and Giganox. A mysterious power surged into them.
"Alright? You know what!?" Sargon blew up. "You want me to stop this nuke? I'll stop this nuke!"
Giganox equipped a very familiar sniper rifle to Noland and Drago. It was the Blacklight, a weapon capable of altering the trajectory of its bullets in ways that were scientifically impossible until Bakugan became involved in the process. With it, Giganox started dumb firing rounds all over the place. The targets were specifically Drago, Hydranoid, and Lace, and they were going to hit them in their vital areas and their skulls. Since the shots were not coming at them directly, evading would prove to be difficult.

Drago didn't have to look around to see where those sniper rounds were going to hit. He already knew. He casually dodged every bullet without moving from where he was standing. Hydranoid used his Phantom Transmission ability to leap towards Lace and get her down quickly. Unfortunately, he was hit by three rounds: both of his legs and his left arm.
"How'd that feel?" Drago asked Hydranoid. It sounded inappropriate to ask, but he knew the hydra was tough enough to take it.
"Those rounds are anti-Bakugan," Hydranoid coughed. "Won't feel good if someone other than us gets hit by that. This already sucks..."
"Alright... Give me a second..." Drago disappeared for a quick second using Hyper Motion. He stuck himself in the path of the 'Duke' that was still ascending. Drago timed a grab and latched onto the payload. He was dragged with it for around three seconds, and then the payload started to slow down. This gave Drago complete control over where the projectile goes.
"Supremacy Charge!" This ability was a variation of his usual ability that detonates things immediately. With this one, Drago is able to inject something with either his own energy or the energy of his respective transformations. He used his Switch Code energy to pacify the payload, which made its nuclear properties null and void. It was now Drago's bomb.
He then used Hyper Motion again to arrive back at the scene of the battle. He held the bomb in his hands, and with it, the menacing look he gave Giganox and Onesh was made way more effective.
"Woah. Even I'm impressed at that," Noland said in amazement. It didn't sound like he knew Drago could do that, but he has been sarcastic about his own capabilities before. "Hey, Allen, want to give the General back his bomb?"

Allen gave a sly smile to Noland's gesture. He was beginning to think Noland would stand idly by and watch these idiots flail around all day and night.
"You already know I'm down. Just set it up," Allen signaled, giving Noland a thumbs up. "What do you think, Gorem?"
"I say we do that, and then teach this stupid ass demon a lesson," Gorem suggested. "Allen, let's hit 'em with something they've never seen before."
"Coming right up," Allen complied. "Ability activate. Grand Wave." This was an old ability past Subterra big boys used. Since Gorem is getting up there in power, he can manipulate the earth around him with greater efficiency.
With this ability, Gorem just has to flex his leg muscles with how much power he wants out of them, and the earth around him will ripple with waves like its an ocean. Since Giganox was a big guy, Gorem had to make sure the resulting wave would block his view of the Resistors for a little bit. Allen was hoping that some of the enemies would get flung up from the sudden rise and then drop back down to the ground, but with how things are going now, anything could happen that could stop that.

"Not bad, Subterra Legendary Soldier. I had a feeling you knew that technique," Betadron expressed.
With Betadron's comment out of the way, Sargon had to find a way to even the odds between himself and three Resistors/Legendary Soldiers. The only way through was to destroy the machine set by Lace so that Onesh can do its job, but that was easier said than done when it is currently being defended by Hydranoid.
The General saw no other choice. He recalled Blacklight and summoned another weapon: a greatshield known as Prime. With it, he guarded against Gorem's wave and steadily absorbed the mechanical energy generated from the technique. This is what allowed him to eventually halt the movement of the earth wave entirely.
"EMP those SOBs now!" the General angrily shouted. Giganox received a couple of EMP nades from Sargon's gauntlet. He then tossed them over where he knew Hydranoid and Lace was. This would take Lace's machine offline, assuming it works.

Lace saw a grenade-like object flying over the wave Gorem sent. Her eyes became wide-eyed, because she instantly recognized what Sargon was attempting to do. With no other way to stop the effect of the EMP, she had to create another power on the spot, which left her unable to tend to the machine she built.
She selfishly granted herself anti-curse protection so that she wouldn't fall prey to Onesh's power. This was shown through a veil that she cast over her body. It was just in time too. When the EMP hit, the machine that she built was disrupted, and its functions ceased.
"My apologies, Princess. I granted myself anti-curse shielding without your consent and left you all susceptible to Onesh's power," Lace expressed.
"It's okay," Dasia accepted. "Go now while the General is distracted, please."
"Affirmative," Lace accepted. She generated a blade in her hand that looked like the same one that Diablo 3 used. This was not the same blade as the one the late mechanical used, but it had comparable power due to Lace infusing the blade with the powers of the Spartans. This made her exceptionally powerful with the blade.
Lace dashed towards Onesh and planned to cleanly slice through the creature.

While the second Dasia was doing her thing, Allen noticed that all of the reinforcements called in by this possessor started converging on them.
"This could either go really well or be a huge fail," Allen expressed with a stern look on his face. "Gorem, I think we should capitalize on this opportunity before the General messes things up again. I'm not a huge fan of this next ability, but here it goes. Ability activate. Copycat."
With this, Gorem was able to directly copy a move he has seen recently. The obvious choice was Lace's anti-curse thingamajig she had set up before. A thin pillar of brown light rose from his body and released an energy wave across the Earth. Now, Gorem was making sure they didn't get cheated out of a win by something they couldn't reliably counter, and he was an organic being too. They couldn't shut him down without putting him down now.
"Sorry, big fella, but if you want to screw everyone with that curse power, you're gonna have to get me out of here. Good luck doing that," Gorem challenged.
"Hey, Hydranoid, don't hurt these guys too bad now. This purple guy might be pulling their strings," Allen tried to reason.

Hydranoid was standing still since he was being wary of what Onesh could pull next, but as soon as Gorem did his thing, Hydranoid started dashing towards Onesh along with Lace.
"What was that? Hurt them real bad? Okay," Hydranoid intentionally misinterpreted.
"No promises for your Army General over there," Alana made clear. "Ability activate! Auragano Terror!"
As an upgrade to the old classic, Auragano Revenge, it let Alana throw the card towards Hydranoid. It revolved around him briefly, and then a torrential field of dark energy erupted from his body that blew all of the enemies off of their feet and clipped some wings. Of course, Hydranoid made sure to hold back to make sure he didn't kill anyone, but that was easier said than done when this ability can go off three times.
"Hey, kid! You wanna do something already, or are you going to stand there all freakin day!?" Hydranoid said to Alana's 'son.'

Darius was too focused on all of the cool things he was seeing. By cool things, it was Drago, Gorem, and Hydranoid. They were really awesome to him. Just seeing them battle had him cheesing to where he forgot he was involved in the battle himself.
His Bakugan was in the same boat too, but it was more of a professional reason why he wasn't doing anything. "I'd rather not get in the way of beings who shouldn't need my help, Hydra," the Bakugan sternly responded.
"You can talk. Neat, but from now on, just say the full name. I...don't wanna be reminded of that woman's name right now," Hydranoid responded.
"Noted," the Bakugan responded.
"Oh hey, Vladitor's finally talking. How nice is that," Betadron noticed. "Did I really beat your ass that bad?"
Vladitor simply growled at this comment, but still didn't move from his spot. From the constant stare he was giving Betadron, it looked like he wanted to do something...
"I'll make you a deal. Defeat the demon, and I'll show you something really awesome! Promise!" Darius exclaimed.

"Like that's gonna happen!" Sargon disagreed. "Giganox! Slam!"
On his command, Giganox slammed Prime, his greatshield, into the ground. When he did, every being on the ground was forced a couple of feet into the air.
"Nade out!" Giganox then threw a grenade over the raised ground Gorem made. The nade landed around the area Drago and Gorem were standing in. This was a nullification grenade that, when detonated, will release a pulse wave that will negate any abilities that is currently affecting the victim(s). The potential catastrophe that can happen if this works would probably require Gladion to turn back time to save everyone.

"Weeeee!!!" Darius happily celebrated. "Vladitor, stop that with Binding!"
Vladitor's body began producing a greenish aura around his body. He used one finger to point at the grenade, and...it never went off. It just sat there as it waited for Vladitor to land back on the ground, walk on over, and pick it up in his hands.
As ridiculous as this looked, this was a crowd control technique that is easier to use against objects, especially small ones like a grenade. Using them against entities is a lot more difficult. It freezes something in place, preventing it from being used for a small period of time. It usually lasts for ten seconds.
"Interesting weapon," Vladitor commented. "Let's see if it works on you." He threw it back at Giganox and released the binding. A white wave went off that completely canceled the effects of the Prime Greatshield it was using. "Fail, but it was a good plan. You have my respect for the thought."
"Now go back to being awesome!" Darius wished.

Now that Giganox's shield was down, Drago was now poised to exploit the opening. Noland was more than happy to get it done.
"You got it, champ," Noland accepted, calling him a name that Vince called him and Kendrick. "Drago, you thinking what we're thinking?"
"Let me know if I'm right," Drago responded. He took the nuke he was holding as a souvenir and threw it in Giganox's direction. "Did I get it?"
"Let's see," Noland answered. "Ability activate! Havoc Extinction!"
"Got it!" Drago acknowledged. He shot red lasers from his eyes and aimed it at the nuke. This overloaded all of the Switch Code energy Drago poured into the explosive, causing it to detonate. Fortunately, Drago's energy control was precise enough to make it so that it wasn't all that harmful, but it still resulted in a mushroom cloud appearing in the sky. Every enemy aside from Sargon, Giganox, and Onesh were instantly defeated. As for Giganox and Onesh - and Tracy by extentions - they were laid out on the ground.
"Dasia, now's the time," Noland signaled. "Please."

"Right. I agree," Dasia responded. It sounded like the continued interruptions were really starting to become annoying.
Without saying a word, Lace resumed her approach towards Onesh. She was able to get to the demon without interruption. That's when the demon decided to retreat back into Tracy's body. Fortunately, Lace didn't really care about this kind of cowardice.
"Physical Index online!" Lace activated. With the power to create any physical-related ability, she rubbed the Dextra blade to imbue it with curse removal. She then placed the blade on Tracy's body so that Onesh could be drawn into the blade itself and eradicated like a spider being drenched with Raid.
"Target terminated. Removing Curse-related powers," Lace functioned.
"I guess all that's left now is...him?" Dasia said, pointing towards Betadron as she made the statement.

"Yes...me... Thanks for ruining my fun," Betadron complained. "You know, for someone as small as a human, you're proving yourself to be a real menace to my plans."
Giganox slowly returned to his feet after being rocked by his own nuke. Obviously damaged beyond his normal limitations, Giganox was empowered by Betadron to give it one last go. This time, he recalled Prime in favor of a rocket launcher, the one Allen and Gorem should be familiar with: T.E.S.L.A., The Emergence of Serviceable Lethal Action. It was a missile launcher with ten muzzles. Each projectile progresses mechanical energy to the point where it affects subatomic particles, which allow it to achieve destruction.
"Fire! Fire! Fire!" Sargon commanded. Without giving a damn about Lace being close to Tracy, Giganox locked onto her anyway in addition to all of the Resistors and the kid. Missiles left the T.E.S.L.A. so all of them could be destroyed at the same time.

"Lace," Dasia called out with a hint of worry.
"Physical index," Lace activated. She created the power of Remote Motion to help her. With this, she pointed her blade at the incoming missiles. She then dragged her blade on over to the rest of the missiles, and the initial ones she locked onto followed her motion.
"That's a really impressive weapon. I'm surprised Earth was able to produce something like that," Dasia said about the rocket launcher. "Still, something about this Bakugan seems unethical. This isn't a natural energy system, so the body would have to slowly adapt to it. The being powering that Bakugan is causing it to operate at a level it hasn't reached yet. It could be killed."
"Smart woman..." Betadron complimented. "You know what else I noticed? You have more hate built up than the Haos Legendary Soldier. I'll get you when I get out of here."
"Hm..." As Dasia pondered over what Betadron was planning to do with her, Lace redirected the missiles back to Giganox. She intentionally aimed it towards the ground near its feet to not endanger its life any further. The splash damage also made it unstable and ready to be knocked over.
