Tracy silently sighed to herself in disappointment. They were talking about standing against an organization that she wanted to get into. They were talking about standing against the specific unit she wanted to be in. That...was really tough to handle. A move like this could potentially sabotage any chances of making it in, but...
Would Tracy be willing to sacrifice morals for a job? It was an obvious question with a not so obvious answer. Sure, Eden is not the only organization she could join. There are plenty of jobs at the federal, state, and even local level that she could go for to operate in the capacity that she desires; however, people know people, and getting in somewhere can depend on who you know...
BUT... - the final but - she had that premonition earlier about Noland, Allen, and Alana.
"...I wouldn't be able to live it down if I'm not there to support you and something bad were to happen to all of you," Tracy decided. She chose to value their safety and her peace of mind over one job. "If you want my help, I'll assist in any way I can. You have my word."

"I'll help under one condition," Seiki proceeded to explain. "Whenever you do what you gotta do, just don't hurt anyone if you don't have to, okay? I'm starting to see us as one of those, 'You represent all of us,' moments. Know what I mean?"
"Basically, if you had enough and just blew up Eden, people are gonna think we wanted it to happen, and they're gonna look at us sideways," Ahio added in. "Not like they're already doing that, but..."
"We get it," Seiki interrupted. "So...just take it nice and easy. Please?"

"...I'll do my best. Promise," Noland promised Seiki. "...I know someone here will say I shouldn't be, but I'm sorry anyway. I seem to always be the one getting pulled into another mess, and - as much as I don't want to - you all get taken there with me. No matter what happens with this, I'm glad to know all of you, and thank you for doing all of what you did. Come ready for whatever if I can setup a meeting with Petra, because the other Angels are going to be there, and we know that they're being commanded by a really evil person. Stay safe until then..."

A couple of days later, Montai was in a conference room getting briefed by the Resistors on what they knew and what they planned to do about it. She was taken aback by what she heard. The details were jarring, and the implications it had for all of them made her blood boil from all the anger she had building up inside.
"It's a relief you all came to me before you did that..." Montai sighed. "Since you're all privy to this kind of information, I'll just spill the beans as to why I'm so glad you didn't do any of that yet. This is classified information, so if you tell anyone what I'm about to say, you're under arrest."
"With the oversight of the Department of Defense, we've formed a task force with HSI, NSA, DEA, the FBI, and other federal, state, and local agencies I'm not gonna name. It was formed after two situations: having General Sargon bum around with unauthorized weapons and energy systems, and Akane - yes, the terrorist - being apart of the ATF. ...Forget I said that last part. Let's just focus on what's in front of us now."
"Andrew is one of the leaders in this task force. They're looking into other organizations' activity as it relates to arms development, various organizational behaviors, and financial usage. The Silver Knights and Eden are two of the ones they're looking at. So, with that said, whatever you do here could affect their investigation."
"Yes, I know I could've just told you that and spared the explanation, but Andrew told me that no one was going to know what he was doing if I didn't explain it, because all he gets put out here for is if he's going to interrogate someone or blow something up. So...yeah. Good luck with whatever you're going to do."

Speaking of Andrew, he had gotten tipped about the Resistors' plan not too long after that conversation happened. He knew when and where, and made sure only a limited number of people knew about it to prevent any unwanted parties - namely Tribunal members - from knowing about it. This was kinda useless since there was a Tribunal member in contact with the Angels - assuming that Darius and Vladitor were accurate with their snitching - but it was useful to do what he could do on his end.
Hell would break loose a couple of days later, specifically Friday night around 8 PM. It was dark out, and it was in No Man's Land. This made it a perfect opportunity for someone to get themselves in trouble. Andrew and the previously mentioned task force were in position near the area.
"I'm hoping they decide to choose a different area soon, because they use this way too many times," Andrew complained. "Alright. Be advised. One of them is a sniper and could potentially have eyes across the entire area. Watch for that, and let me know when that being is spotted. Do not go anywhere near them for any reason. If we're made, our operation is a bust."
"We're here for information gathering only. Deviate from the script, and you're on your own. We're all making it home tonight and will have a very nice weekend."

Noland and robed Drago were walking together towards a barren wasteland of rubble. Without warning, he waved his arm across every direction and dumb-fired zaps of his bio-electricity. Drug dealers, sex traffickers, and other kinds of monsters scurried away from the area when they realized that the Master Blaze was about to use his old stomping grounds, or so they claim.
"Are we prepared for the wiretap?" Montai asked her subordinates from within the CIA Base.
"Yes, ma'am. We're linked with Noland's BrawlX and are ready for the intercept," a digital forensics professional told her.
"Perfect," Montai accepted.
Noland passed by the newly crafted memorial that was placed there in honor of all of the victims of the second 9/11 attack. He briefly looked it over before continuing where he was going. He eventually reached a large crater where it was said that Barodius and his Dharak first touched Earth's ground. Petra was standing on the other side of it like this was the setting for her to brawl Noland...
"Hmph...seriously? You're all doing this again?" Noland started. He 'jumped' towards Petra so that he could be within five feet of her. "So, do you just not give a fuck, or you really can't tell your colleagues to pound sand and mind their own business?"

"Heh- you seem to be in a good mood." Petra jokingly responded.
She remained silent for a few seconds. "I tried. Victoria is not with us most of the time and does not respond to my calls. Others are... avoiding me. As if they could not have made it more obvious to what they are doing... I am not supposed to know what's going on- stranger among my own friends." Petra hesitantly explained with obvious annoyance on her face. She appears rather troubled and she has no one to talk to about the whole thing because her friends, including Sydney who always has been with her, are avoiding her.
"Talked to higher-ups since they can't avoid me; they just say 'everything will be clear soon, just hold out a little longer'. As if I fucking knew what that means. I don't even know how they're following me... I still respect them- I would have been dead without them, but... I am seriously considering leaving Eden. I don't want to be someone's tool and it endangers you more than it endangers me... that goes against my code." Petra explained. She knew it must have been hard for Sydney and Shabelle as well not to say anything to her, but they must have been tricked into whatever higher-ups are thinking and are following orders. Hopefully, Sydney breaks away from that and realizes it makes no sense considering these actions go directly against Eden's own rules.

Noland heard all that he would need to for his past self to give up on his mission and see past what was currently happening to him. Luckily for him, he wasn't so naive to think that this conversation didn't need to happen...
"Your code and your relationships don't matter when you have a role to uphold," Noland clearly understood. "And some of you wondered why I'm not a Silver Knight."
Drago materialized Apollo's Hand out of thin air and held it in his right hand. The reason why he summoned it now when no one was in combat wasn't clear. This was a little suspect though. Something might be going down soon, especially since Drago tossed the trident so that Noland could catch it and wield it. He then took this special ring that Asuka gave to him and put it on his left ring finger. It shined brightly when it was safely on his body.
"Your 'friends' are here now," Noland informed Petra; however, his voice sounded a little evil as if the Hex Code was influencing his emotions... "So, you have two choices. You speak for them, or one of them appears in front of me. Either way, this ends tonight. What's your choice?"

The obvious was going to happen. There was no entrance or announcement. Sydney was standing several meters away from the both and was accompanied by Vergilius in his monster form. Their presence could not be felt before they decided to reveal it themselves. Their abilities do not cover stealth so it could not have been their own power that let them do this. They did not just arrive either but were here for some time- it was almost like others' perception itself was somehow distorted not to notice them until they wished so.
"Good evening. Petra. Mr.Hardy." Sydney greeted with monotonous voice. Seemed like Sydney was not going to let Petra make the choice herself.

"Oh, wow. Leader of the Six Stalkers. Had no idea you were here," Noland sarcastically responded in his normal-sounding voice. As he turned to face her, Drago went into monster form, and then took Apollo's Hand for himself. At the same time, some friends of theirs started to appear on the scene. By friends, it was the Resistors. All of them.
"I'm not gonna go through the boring introduction. You know what you're doing, you know why I'm here, and you know what I'm about to do about it," Noland summed up. "So, let's make this easier on ourselves and quit doing this already. PLEASE don't make me go through the effort to show you what happens when I've had enough."
"..." Drago was confident that the language Noland was using wasn't going to go down too well with these ladies. They probably should've rehearsed what was going to be said here, but he had to face the facts. When orders are given, it doesn't matter what you say. It only matters what you do...

"H-hold it right there!" Petra yelled in discomfort. Whatever happens could end badly and not just for people present right there. She turned towards Sydney with furious, yet desperate expression. "NOW you are not gonna avoid me?!" Petra yelled out again. At the same time Leon's orb emerged from Petra's pocket and with a single flash of brilliant red Leon was released in his monster form taking a stand between Drago and Vergilius.
"What's going on? What did they do? Are they threatening you to do this? Tell me! Maybe I can help!" Petra was asking lots of questions. Her rough and furious tone was hiding away desperation and frustration. She felt betrayed that Sydney would not tell her anything before. If someone in Eden was forcing her to do this then Petra wanted to know who and how.

Sydney did not have much to tell to Petra. Even if she did most of that she would not be able to say even if she wanted to. It was breaking her inside that she had to hurt Petra's feelings and do things that break her own code, but her choices in this whole situation are far more limited than Petra's. Same thing goes for Vergilius considering one who is the source of his Chaos Takeover is also one of the superiors of Eden.
"I'm sorry, Petra." Sydney responded to her colleague. "I want to, but I can't tell you." Obviously, that answer was not going to satisfy Petra, but there was not much Sydney could have said.
"Leon, please move out of the way." Vergilius asked.

"You should be asking him to help you," Drago advised his potential foe. When he said this, all of the Resistor Bakugan stood up in monster form and were on standby until anything substantial happened.
"Drago..." Gorem called out. It was the tone that spoke, 'Cool it.'
"I said what I said to you, and I'm not repeating any of it. I am promising you RIGHT NOW. This whole thing is over TONIGHT," Noland warned the Angel leader. "I don't care who it is. Either of you have one more time to skate around this issue. Whatever happens after that, it is what it is. What will it be?"

"Unfortunately for both of us, it is neither you or I that decides when it is done." Sydney responded to Noland with monotonous voice. She knew what was coming and what orders were given in case Noland is ever to take this kind of action. This way he could easily become an enemy of Eden in which case Eden has methodology of removing him from their threat list. One of those ways is Sydney- while not the strongest of Seven Angels she is definitely the most dangerous brawler.
"Do what you must, Mr.Hardy. After all, who am I to judge?" Sydney said.

"Okay. Wait a minute!" Alana yelled. She rushed over there as quickly as she could. She turned Noland around by his shoulders so that he is looking right at her as she tells him what she has to tell him. "Look, I understand that you're angry, but we all talked about this. I know that things change in the heat of the moment, but please promise me that you're going to slow down for a minute and think of some other way to resolve this."
Hydranoid didn't move an inch from where he was. He wanted to outright tell Drago to do what was necessary, but he understood that this was going to get ugly in a second anyway, so there was no need to.
"You all really don't give a fuck, do you?" Hydranoid asked them. "You can stand there and act brave all you want to, but I'm telling you. You might want to reconsider what you're doing now before you end up dead. Drago has never taken that posture before. If you want all of that smoke, then that's on you."
