BakuCore is the replacement for the Gate Card from the old series. It is a metal, hexagonal shaped tile that empowers Bakugan, allowing them to transform from closed to open ball form in the Bakugan Battle Planet game.
Damage Rating.
Flaming Fist: The Flaming Fist BakuCore primarily modifies Damage Rating and sometimes 
B-Power at higher values compared to Fist BakuCores.
Shield: The Shield BakuCores primarily modify B-Power.
Magic Shield: The Magic Shield BakuCore primarily modifies B-Power at higher values compared to Shield BakuCores.
Helix: This BakuCore has special effects, many traps, combat keywords such as 
ShadowStrike, and it also modifies B-Power and Damage Rating in varying degrees.[/ul]
