Questions about the New Rules

I've read both this site's and the official rules for Battle Planet. I have some questions to ask so that everything is clarified for everyone:
Note: Just like the original system, this is not completely mimicking the official rules, but I do still want to be clear about certain things. You know how people will expect everything to be a carbon copy of real life. You've seen it before.
1. Hide Matrix
The official rules makes the players take turns putting BakuCore on the field. It also tells the player where BakuCore can be placed and where it can't. Since there's no mentioning of this in the rules, my assumption is that you're making the BakuCore a combination of gate cards and support weapons from the old system. That's what I'm seeing anyway.
So, are the players taking turns putting BakuCore on the field to setup the Hide Matrix? Or, are we only taking the BakuCore into account when we push the 'Boost/Decrease Damage Rating with BakuCore' button?
2. Charging Energy
The official rules has a Magic/Duel Masters way of charging energy. Are we going to have to use this method to charge energy, or do we just keep track of our energy in posts without having to place cards face down (On the start of my turn, I just say that I have +1 energy, so now I have ? energy)?
3. Victor
My old man brain is having trouble with this one. I understand that the winner stays on the field. What I'm struggling to understand is where it says I can't use that Bakugan until it closes. Can that Bakugan be attacked by my opponent when he/she rolls another Bakugan to the field? Am I still able to play cards for the Bakugan (main reason why I'm asking since the rules say I can't use the Bakugan)? It would greatly help if this was explained.
I'll have more questions later on.
