Member copying effects/making them become public

You guys are not really gonna like this but there are certain members who are kinda copying the effects maybe from their friends or teammates and making the copied effects become public. Probably copying the first person's effect who EVER created a strategy card like "gaining an extra ability", "using an effect in your bakupack", etc.

How about if they want to create such effects like that, they have to pay money for them.

Otherwise WC`s members would never be able to use any created cards unless they had bad effects really

If the person pays their money to the first creator of effect, maybe like $300?

Since I know Aster was the first creator, they have to pay money to Aster?
