There is no progress unless you make a mess
"Hahaha. You're a funny one. My only purpose is research. I don't need anything from Hurranians. Only connection I have with them are 2 Hurranians whose bodies got beautifully chopped up and burned after falling into one of my traps. Such a beautiful sight to see." Kyuki laughed again. All he cared to obtain from Hurranians was knowledge on how their system operated and how it could be countered. Not actually to fight them or anything, but you could say that he liked to 'collect knowledge'. That was his spirit; collecting information and exploring all possibilities no matter how gruesome might be.
"I merely told you my goal, but not the way I am planning to achieve it. Whether you know of my goal or not presents no difference to my results; I just like giving my prey a running start before I devour it. It would be a waste to use element of surprise when I can actually watch my prey preparing for defeat. Hehehe." He was not big on hiding his intentions in any situation. The fact that he would so easily reveal his goal simply meant that he was prepared for the situation in which he would have to fight someone for what he wanted.
"What makes me so confident? Hmm, ask anyone among them." Kyuki said rising hands towards other Silver Knights in the room. Some of those Knights and their Bakugans were shaking while others were trying to hide their fear. Despite the fact that Kyuki was outnumbered all of them were in fear. "They don't look so confident. Man, oh man. What could be the reason?" Those Knights were afraid even though it was not Kyuki himself there and even though he did not have a SINGLE one of his monstrous creations with him. They have already witnessed and suffered enough to know that he really is capable of doing what he said he would do. No matter who opponent was.

The masked person looked around to see the doubtful looks on the Knights' faces like they already knew they lost. It had him/her confused. One day, they look so high and mighty in the brawling field, but if one person walks in there, they all look like pussies.
"Shame. You all seemed so confident a minute ago. I wonder what happened," he/she mocked. "It seems this organization wasn't so strong after all. I already knew that, but I was hoping that these Hurranians might get you all to toughen up. This guy is a loser, just a pawn of the Hurranians waiting to be put on the front lines to slaughter. If you're afraid of a single lunatic, then how will you combat the billions that exist in the Hurranian network?"
Addressing Kyuki wasn't really a matter of concern to him/her since it's clear they were all sick of him by now, but there was something the doctor could say that may tip the scales a little. "I actually know more about you than you think, Dr. Kyuki. You've been after me for quite some time, and failed at every turn. I know what you're equipped with. Do you have any idea on what's going to happen if the Hurranians got their slimy claws on what you have?"

Kyuki laughed again as he heard that person speak. He gave him/her a cold dark gaze. "Ah, that is wonderful, isn't it?" Kyuki responded. "Look what vermin made its way to the Headquarters. Isn't this rude of you, Admiral? If someone like this one was allowed in here then why am I being yelled at?" Kyuki said laughing as always at the end of every little intermission of speech.
"You wish you knew more. I know quite a lot about you as well. Thanks to Hurranians' cute little brains I got privilege to play with I found quite a bit actually. Hurranians have been informing each other about you ever since you left the dark damp." Kyuki revealed. He had a privilege of trapping a few Hurranians themselves. However, his progress hasn't revealed him on how to steal information from their entire network by using their own trick. Still, information he drained out of those he captured and slaughtered were enough.
He then turned towards Vince and Maria. "Haven't you figured it all out already? Joker is toying with you. Weapon he speaks of is Bakugan Termination System. Once it all goes 'boom' it is gonna kill both Hurranians and the ones who activated it. Everyone. That would give him quite the chance to weaken everyone even more..." Kyuki said and turned back towards the masked person. "...now wouldn't it?"
"Hahaha, give me a break. You know things about me? So extremely cute. You know exact things everyone does. If you knew anything crucial you wouldn't be giving me that warning. You'd knew I came prepared for this. Just what idiot would infiltrate an infected body without a plan?? Maybe you since oxygen ain't reaching your brain thanks to the mask." Kyuki continued to laugh at the person. He sure did not come unprepared. He already knew about the infection; it was not any secret. He simply came up with a good counter-plan no matter whether he gets infected or not. He was not that stupid to get infected without a plan involving it somehow. "I wonder what will Admiral do now that she discovered your trap...hmm...this might be funny to watch." Kyuki smiled awaiting for the scene.

To the well organized mind, death is but the next great adventure
"Not like I didn't expect it." Maria sighed in irritation from all that talk and accusations they were throwing at one another. She was irritated how Kyuki said that she was letting vermin inside the headquarters that easily. "I didn't bring him here to involve him in my plans. All I needed was info. He wouldn't speak up in the open." Maria sighed again telling Kyuki what she wanted.
She was overall irritated by how all this turned out. She did get some info, but not as much as she wanted. Kyuki showed up and revealed what he did to her parents. However, there were too many things happening and somehow she did not let her anger get the best of her. "Like I would follow instructions of a complete stranger. Too bad you came before I could get some more info." She sighed so many times now that there was no telling if she was pissed or really disappointed and irritated.
Maria turned to the masked person then. "At least you tried. You can always have fun activating it yourself and dying in the process." She was actually quite surprised that masked person would tell her that much. Too bad Kyuki ruined the possibility of getting more info.

The masked person scoffed at Maria's vain attempt to make herself seem like she was smarter than she appeared to be. Perhaps compromising with the Silver Knights was a bad idea after all.
"I suppose I can say anything wherever I want now. Your little gathering has done exactly what I warned you should never happen. Kyuki heard everything you said in here, which means that the Hurranians are now aware of our state of affairs by extension. You just made this more one-sided than it originally was. Congratulations, unqualified 'Admiral.' You just doomed the entire planet," he/she put it bluntly.
"And before you drive the stake into our hearts even more, why don't you tell everyone in here how you're going to match this enemy without its usage. Go on. We're all waiting to see how smart you really are."

"My my...this all very interesting." Kyuki laughed while observing masked person's rant and everyone's reactions. He didn't really want to interrupt as it was quite amusing to him. Instead of letting Maria answer to that one he just interrupted to attempt to end that boring talk quickly.
"Hahaha, you're starting to panic, aren't you?" Kyuki said to the masked person. Judging by how quickly he went with accusations on Maria he was probably trying to hide that 'trap' thing. "You are quite a funny one trying to slip that 'trap' thing by making us focus on the Admiral. Accuse her of dooming the planet while you were preparing a massive 'trap' for everybody." Kyuki laughed again at the masked person and continued.
"Fact number one: No one knew I was here. Fact two: Your 'plan' is double-edged sword and you decided to keep silent about it." Kyuki laughed giving himself a credit for ruining person's plan. The fact that person's plan was a trap all along meant that no matter whether Knights went with it or not it would end up badly for both Hurranians and humans.
Kyuki shouted loudly that the entire building could hear him. "As for what Admiral said Bakugan Termination System is a destructive weapon capable of annihilating an entire race. There are also some plans for that nasty Vestal's mechanical Bakugan. As for the BTS, it's very existence is the reason why Hurranians aren't taking over completely. They don't know if this Dragonoid here knows where the weapon is located and now that Apollonir is here all they have to do is wait until someone finds BTS and they'll claim it for themselves. Pretty nasty plan, isn't it?" Kyuki explained intentions that Hurranians had with the Bakugan Termination System. He did not seem to care much about the weapon. If Hurranians were ever to attack him he would have his own mass-destruction weapons take them out.

I am the perfection. Lydia suddenly approached that area out of nowhere. She has been silent for the most time while others were meeting, greeting, arguing, accusing and threatening and she really got sick listening to it all. So much violence put through words made her feel really disgusted.
From the very beginning she hated Kyuki. Being a person who does not follow such path it was a shameful thing to her to admit she hated someone even though they were responsible for such acts. She was against masked person being among them considering how much darkness radiated from their body. She felt utterly disgusted by sharing the same room with such two beings. No matter what Kyuki was saying or doing she hated him more; no Hurranian was cruel as he was. Out of the blue he threatened life of Noland's grandmother which reminded Lydia of her own painful memories.
"I won't let you..." Lydia mumbled while giving Kyuki a dark stare. "I won't let you take her away, too. I won't let you...hurt Noland and Vince...Not again." She said with a weakly voice almost as she was in a trance. Her eyes were glowing weakly in violet color.
She approached Noland slowly and then gave Kyuki another one of her dark gazes. "Anything else you want to say?" She asked with disgust in her mouth. After that she reached out for Noland's hand holding it tightly. Her eyes started glowing in violet color and her body produced a cloud of violet energy that surrounded her body and then Noland's as well. This process was something she had done on Resistors before, but this time she was putting her whole being into it.

Kyuki was unpleasantly surprised by Lydia's sudden reaction that came along with some weird violet-colored power that spread all around her and Noland. She did not expect the 'weakest of three keys' to unleash such sort of power; biologically-speaking it was supposed to be impossible. "What in the world..." He mumbled as he watched Lydia summon that power.
"I see...you are not the weakest. It is quite opposite." Kyuki mumbled giving his conclusion to the situation. It really surprised him that Lydia, who was hiding her power all along, would openly use her powers in front of so many people after hiding it for years because she was afraid of being called a monster. "After all this time you decide to show your true face. Quite intriguing." Kyuki admired that power, but he was far from prepared to face it. He could not have predicted that of all people she would use her powers in that way. "Who would have thought? You managed to surprise me... All I have to say to you is my joy in examining your body when all this is over." Kyuki smiled indirectly announcing his new priority among his 'ingredients'. Lydia was at the top now.

Post by Noland Hardy on Oct 2, 2016 1:24:37 GMT -5
The situation struck Noland as seeming kind of odd. Lydia was not the person to suddenly hold his hand out of nowhere, so it initially confused Noland as to what she was indirectly telling him to do. Then he realized that they've been in this same situation before.
"Hit the switch," Drago hinted, not trying to give an obvious reference to Kyuki as to what Noland and Lydia could now do with them linked together.
"Oh..." He had a small flashback to doing this when the other Resistors were infected with the Hurranians and how he and Lydia's power purged this disease from their bodies. He couldn't do it before because he essentially forgot how to make use of this power once he awakened the Hex Code, but with his assumed control over the elements, it won't be a problem anymore. "Makes sense." Once he accepted what was going on, a symbol appeared on his free hand, one that had all six attributes in its design. A surge of Dextra energy erupted from his body that infused with Lydia's. Because of Noland's powers being so great now, Angelight's assistance was no longer necessary.
"You'll think of this as a real honor, but I've never felt this sick of anyone before. Congratulations for becoming my new number one enemy. Since you thought so kindly of us to warn us of your disgusting practices, here's my warning to you. You better not be surprised when our strength shocks you; you never know how powerful someone can truly be until you tip them over the edge, and you're willingly playing with fire here." With that said, Noland and Lydia's bodies flashed in a bright light. They dispersed a powerful blast wave that crippled Kyuki's hold over Sandra, instantly erasing any traces of Hurranian from her body and returning her to normal.

"Oberus," Apollonir blurted out, not letting any time pass between the Hurranian's banishment from Sandra. "Check the containment area."
Apollonir didn't have to tell her to hurry; she knew how dire the circumstances were. She swiftly flew to the said location and hurried back after seeing all she needed to see, only taking ten seconds to make it to there and back. "They're...gone...every last one of them..."
"They must have been digitized to another location by the Hurranians. I do not sense any remnants of them in this area," Excedra pointed out. "That's one guy you don't want in the Hurranian network. It actually reminds me of someone we used to know."
"Helios..." Apollonir remembered. Dr. Kyuki did the same thing Helios did back then. He willingly gave his body up in the name of advancement, regardless if it was just for knowledge, power, or even both.
"They already know that they can overtake us..." Clayf realized. "I think they may be ready to devastate Earth and Vestal now. They're waiting on us to spring the trap because they think the BT System is the only chance we have."
"Someone is going to to go for it," Frosch theorized. "There is this masked fellow in here that must be supervised at all costs. Incurring the wrath of the Hurranians when we're unprepared is not a smart thing to do, especially since we are unaware of when these select few Kyuki is after will be targeted. If the Hurranians get their hands on either of them, especially Noland, Tank, and Lydia, we may as well get the weapon ready, because we're going to die either way."
Vince approached the masked man and the mechanical Bakugan, Hades. He could tell just by looking at it that Hades was equipped with devastating weaponry that he wasn't sure most Bakugan would be able to survive being hit by. "Then there's these. It's right up their alley," Vince said to draw attention to another pressing issue: the Mechanical Bakugan. "Then...what of what Kyuki has?"
Lars Lion appeared close to the masked person to impose her presence. She did not want to give him/her the possibility of a quiet exit, if that is even allowed to happen. "What does this so-called doctor have at his disposal? Give us a good idea on what we're up against here."

Post by Alex Andersen on Oct 2, 2016 2:41:59 GMT -5
Listen to howl of our souls That nightmare put in front of them finally ended by Noland's and Lydia's doing. Sandra was safe now, so it was a big relief, but there were many other issues that were born from this. They were now in conflict with Kyuki who appeared in the worst possible time while the conflict with Hurranians has not been yet resolved. If not only Kyuki, but entire Chrono, was involved in that crazy stunt of his then chances of winning were quite slim even for Silver Knights.
"What doesn't he have?" Alex rhetorically asked after hearing Lars's question. He was one of the few people who had a good look into Kyuki's work. He, Daniel and Maria were involved in raiding several of his laboratories and each one was filled with different disgusting creations. One of the first things he remembered were his artificial Bakugans. "Artificial biological Bakugans, mechanical Bakugans, special weapons based on Bakugans' powers..." Alex recounted from what he recalled.
"These things are why everyone is scared. Artificial Bakugans are made of parts of dead Bakugans or are produced by stolen DNA codes. Their cost is lower than of mechanical Bakugans and their bodies evolve just like of normal Bakugans. He has his own army of them." Alex explained remembering one of those weapons attacking the Headquarters some time ago, but was killed by one of the Knights who was passing by. "Also..." He continued. "...power to revive a person. For example, he can revive a human with all their memories back, but... He chooses to brainwash them upon revival. You see... I was forced to kill my own father a few weeks ago. Daniel and Lydia had to take care of our mother..." Alex did not feel comfortable talking about this one. It was a lot of pressure knowing that his parents were brainwashed into doing vicious deeds such as killing innocent people and destroying everything in their sight. Alex, Daniel and Lydia were forced to kill their own parents in order to stop the madness. That was why their hatred for Kyuki grew bigger.
"Being Legendary Soldiers...I assume you might know a demigod, Deathcrown. After his physical body was destroyed Kyuki salvaged the DNA code, implanted it into a human along with a control chip..." Alex stopped there for a second. It was no mystery who was the person in the context. "Control chip that ended up turning into an insane artificial intelligence that is responsible for torturing Resistors and killing their friends and families." It was Virus chip he was talking about. Originally it was just a control chip, but it had artificial intelligence implanted. When it was tainted by wrath Daniel and Deathcrown felt it developed an insane personality and even gained ability to create a body for itself.
He then stopped there for a second thinking about the documents he found. "Some of his weapons seem simply unbeatable. It is because he created them using powerful DNA codes from Bakugans. If he collects DNA from people on the list then we don't need Hurranians to kill us; he will be able to wipe us all out with that one weapon alone. " It was probably weapon listed among his projects in the documents, but which weapon was all that targeting at was unknown, so Alex could not go in detail with that. "If he gets infected or taken over his modified body will force-suicide while his mind is kept intact in a computer. That is what we learned from one of his workers."

"I'm so sorry that it had to come to that..." Tracy's heart sank when she heard Alex's explanation. The fact that he was forced to kill his father was sad, but there was something worse in what was said. What Kyuki was capable of using painted a very disturbing picture for where this world was headed, and she could see it all unfolding.
"The Hurranians already have Bakugan like Dharak..." Tracy reminded everyone. "Being assimilated will only make him that much stronger..."
"This sounds like it's way too convenient for him. The Hurranians already give him access to a wide variety of our DNA codes, so if he's truly being fed information at the rate at which the Hurranians can dispense it, then he'd never have to search for another DNA code again. The Hurranians can just give it to him. I'd do whatever I wanted in front of whoever if I had that kind of power too." Skystar definitely didn't like where this was going. Too bad for her, they already went there.
"What are we supposed to do against something like that?" Tracy inquired.

Markus was off to the side wiping away tears from his face. He was truly filled with a lot of grief over his parents and his sister being taken like that. The thought of them being tampered with by Kyuki like they were lab rats made him sick beyond conventional standards.
"We just...have to fight them...we just have to...Somehow...someway," Markus managed to get out, still trying to get himself to stop crying over the fate his loved ones were potentially sentenced to.
"Not only convenient for him, but convenient for the Hurranians," Gargulion added to what Skystar noticed. "What's his is theirs, and what's theirs is his. That's what I'm getting from this. And while we're standing here contemplating over what we should do and thinking of very morbid situations, that coward is off sitting somewhere, laughing at us. I've met some crazy beings, but none were quite like this one. This guy needs to be put down, and it should have happened yesterday, or the day before that, and so on."
"Don't worry, Mom, Dad, and Maya. I'll make sure this bastard pays...I swear it!" Markus promised in his mind.

The masked person knew that there would be an adverse reaction to its usage. That is why he/she was hoping that the Legendary Soldiers would never be encountered, especially since he/she already had a clue to where it was. All that needed to be done was to have Noland's assistance, but even that will be difficult now. The plan was effectively ruined.
"It's starting to sink into your brains now, isn't it? The fact that you're in a dire situation without any viable alternatives?" the masked person noted. "You've all went over much of what's stacked against us. If you think there's a safe way in making it out of this, you're tragically mistaken. It's time to face reality. If Dr. Kyuki, the Hurranians, and my counterpart are going to be stopped, many people will have to die. I know you know that."
"So you can run your mouth all you'd like about how someone of my stature cannot be trusted or how you'll kill me before I'm ever allowed to use the BT System. I can care less what any of you do. What I've witnessed here today shows me that this organization is headed by brawlers who aren't decisive enough in these type of situations and a select group of Bakugan who already knows that they can't win without it, but refuse to accept the conditions. It's a weakness that I do not intend on being involved with any longer. I gave you all of the information I could. Whether you choose to accept that or not is no longer my concern. Consider it a blessing that I warned you beforehand. You won't catch me being kind like this again."
In order to get the Legendary Soldiers out of his face, he/she played an ability to cause widespread devastation. "Ability activate! Gravity Bind!" Hades' special capability of rotating at high speeds thanks to its turbine module was used to great effectiveness here. Rather than making it produce an attractive force as usual, he/she chose to make it use a repulsive force. Hades quickly spun to generate an electrified barrier that violently pushed everyone backwards, giving him/her enough time to leave the area using Hades's dimensional transporter.
"Oh, and one more thing, Soldiers." He/she boarded Hades and started traveling through the opened portal. "I know where the BT System is."

Post by Vince Hardy on Oct 2, 2016 15:24:24 GMT -5
Since Vince was right next to Hades when the ability was used, he felt the most pressure from it. He attempted to jump backwards with his guard up, but it was not enough to prevent him from being flung into the wall. Lars Lion was also repelled - not as much as Vince was, so she couldn't stop him from traveling across the room. He was lodged into the wall, forming a crater upon impact.
"Vince!" Lars Lion called out in a panic.
Vince didn't seem to mind a little push. He simply dislodged himself from the wall without ever falling to the floor or showing any signs of noticeable damage. It did heighten his blood pressure though.
"A few things, Silver Knights, Eden, Resistors..." Vince was about to go through a rundown of what needed to happen now in order to stand a fighting chance against their enemy. "I don't care how useful the information given by whoever just left was. That person is not an ally. Choosing not to reveal the impact the BT System would have is a major deviation from protocol. There has to be malicious intent involved with how he plans to use it. Even if there was going to be an adverse reaction to what it does, that is one detail that needs to be known before its usage is ever considered. I will take primary responsibility of tracking him."
"If he isn't bluffing about knowing where I put it, then we're going to have to prevent him from reaching it, whether it's through submission or death. He has to be stopped so that the Hurranians don't solve that mystery," Apollonir noted.
"Apollonir, what if he was right?" Excedra inquired, knowing he was going to be in the minority about activating it. "Do you really think we would have won back then if this weapon didn't exist?"
"We did way better than the current generation did, didn't we?" Apollonir responded. "That's a kind of power I consider to be a last resort. If we find that it's impossible, then I'm going to use it. You have to remember that we're supposed to be the leaders of the Bakugan who aren't susceptible to turning to hyper-lethal force so quickly. We're not like some of these police officers."
"That's assuming the brawlers in here are up to the task. There was some truth in what was said about their attitudes. Many of them are too feeble," Frosch assumed based on how weak they looked when Kyuki showed up. "I say we're already dead if I didn't know any better. What are we if we can't look brave in the midst of a cancer like him? They don't stand an inch of a chance. It's all over their faces."
