Dasia heard the attitude in Kyuki's tone with the head scientist. That was the key reason why she didn't take the call initially. Chris wasn't messing with anyone, but that's what he got in return. Kyuki had no sense of manners. It's like Kyuki wants them to be hostile. Maybe that's the only language he understands.
Of course, the same could be said about the Hurranians too, but...they were being "nice" here. Cut them some slack.
"Okay...I'm going to take that as an area you don't want us to have access to. That's fine," the head scientist played off, even though he already that Kyuki didn't make it himself. Since Kyuki wasn't kind enough to explain it, it's obvious that it's a no-go.
"Chris, stand back. I'll handle this," Dasia insisted. Of course, Chris continued with his usual banter, not bothering to hand the reigns off to Dasia just yet.
"Did...we do something to you? It's starting to sound like you don't trust us..." the head scientist wondered.

As this guy continues to bother Kyuki a few more cultists show up. They seem VERY eager to rush into their deaths. Maybe that is the thing with religious fanatics- they will kill themselves thinking something 'good' will come out of it. A level of stupidity Kyuki does not even bother to comment or argue over. After killing about a dozen of them with nothing, but his bare hands and weapons dropping off these idiots someone would think why they still bother attacking him with same failing strategy. Not long after they showed up their faces were melted off by acid Kyuki shot from a gun he had in one of his pockets- he has a very good aim, apparently. Five headshots in a row- no aimbot required. After delivering the presents he goes back to the talk.
"Do I need a reason? Remember whom you're asking- mass-murderer and a psychopath. Not a quite friendly material, is it?" Kyuki replies at scientist's question.
Well, at least, he is honest. Unlike Nero, Kyuki does not justify any of his deeds- he will simply make clear he is aware of what he is doing and that it has no other purpose than his personal satisfaction in science without him caring of the cost. The moment his 'alliance' with Dasia started he would not care if he just cut her open then or now. He considers alliances with others as long as he has specific use of them- Silver Knights providing him with resources in the past, Chrono Elite providing him resources, protection and no limit in research, Infernal Order being naive people who easily gave their resources in exchange for a few failed experiments... "Now, tell me- if I had what you offer in this trade what primarily would it be used for?" Kyuki asks. He is pretty much aware of what this can be used for, but he wants to check if this scientist will provide the obvious answer which Kyuki expects.

Despite the head scientist wanting to speak out of character for just a moment, he kept his cool and decided to answer Kyuki's question. At least there was going to be one person who wasn't a total asshole.
"It appears that Gundalians have unique powers. We believe this one has an immunity to fire and super-heated substances and environments," the head scientist explained. "There's also some sort of pulse-like energy that came from his veins. I've seen his younger brother shoot this energy to incapacitate a Robotallion, so it looks like it can be extremely lethal to people. I bet you could biologically integrate those capabilities into your own body."
"As for Drago, the potential is obvious. This is the best that you can get when it comes to Bakugan. DNA from the original Bakugan? This is a breakthrough! Imagine what you could make with a DNA code as potent as that. I mean, wouldn't you agree that Drago was as annoying as he was, because that DNA code gave him that much power to stand up to an Admiral without dying right away?"
Dasia had a stern look on her face. Was Kyuki really going to buy into that? She didn't think so. She had better luck finding a man.

Thing about Noland did not impress Kyuki. He could name, at least, ten people on this planet aside from Noland who have destructive power in their own body- either implanted or natural power. Only difference between Noland and many others is that he is a Gundalian. Daniel, for instance, is just a human but after spending so much time with his powers he knows how to control them and these powers are far more destructive than of any biological weapon. If he wanted he could use Deathcrown's abilities to destroy planet's core or infect entire planet with plague. As for immunity to fire there are plenty of Bakugans that are immune to fire, so he can simply cut those open and use them. He already stuffed his body with so many chemicals and DNA that he could be compared to a god at this point and considering how many times he survived encounters with extremely OP enemies one should consider Kyuki already being on a level where he is practically immortal. Silver Knights poured resources and time into stopping Kyuki, but never could do it.
"I have enough chemicals and DNA to give my own body necessary power- that kid's power is not a any news." Kyuki replies and then turns his attention to the other part.
Even though it sounds so tempting and overwhelming at the same time to have powers of the original Bakugan, Kyuki knows it sounds too good to be true. These Hurranians have never been promising much, but they suddenly appear and promise powers that could be compared to that of a god? Not the first time he was offered such things- Cult of the Triad were not always the enemy of his; they offered him powers of three dark gods. And Kyuki knows well that you should bring a small bag to places where people promise a lot- has not been wrong yet. Same goes for politics, religion, human relationships and even certain game companies when they release their 'awesome' games that turn out to be shit. "I recall, at least, 3 factions including you who have been offering me 'godly' powers. Two did not live up to their promises. What makes you think you can harness power of a god like the original Bakugan?"

"Okay. You know what..." Dasia was getting tired of this conversation. It was getting nowhere.
"What?" The head scientist turned around to see that Dasia was about to get herself involved in the conversation. All he heard was a click, and there she was, all up in their business.
"Kyuki, as far as I'm concerned, you can waste the opportunity I'm giving you all you'd like, but you're not going to waste any more of my time with all of this doubting. I have things to do here," Dasia made VERY clear. "This is what we have, and this is what we'd like to give you in exchange for something of equitable value. No more, 'I don't trust you,' or ,'How do I know it works.' Take it or leave it, and then goodbye."

"Spare me the commentary, woman." Kyuki replies to Dasia. "You have already shown your usefulness hours ago- stirred up all that chaos to be defeated by a few kids and after all that talk on how you have it under control. That kid is dead and one cell of his is more useful than your entire body will ever be. Why don't you give all command to this man who called? He obviously knows what he is doing more than yourself- maybe then one or two of your plans would succeed?" Kyuki continues to talk after seeing how useless Dasia has been to him and how she fails to see that she is the main issue in her own system. Power led her to overconfidence, got her in the head and then she got humiliated. And now she has courage even to speak up to Kyuki. Why could it not be someone who is actually intelligent and not an ego-maniac who losses her control the moment she gets a tiny bit of power?
"And now excuse me. I cannot waste more of your precious time you will spend on building your ego and overconfidence like for the BT System. Someone, please, call me to collect your bodies once those kids defeat you again- would be a shame to waste all of your meat on nothing." Kyuki says and then proceeds with his 'goodbye'. He creates electricity on top of his palm and puts it against his forehead- shock blasts through his body and affects Hurranians inside him making them feel immense pain that throws them off and transfers that pain through the network right to Dasia's head giving her a shocking present inside the head. This electrical shock goes through Kyuki's body and practically fries it, but since Hurranians are microorganisms at this point they are turned to a puddle of nothingness or are completely thrown-off and lost their minds from the shock. Kyuki then grabs one of the cultists who he knocked unconscious and both their bodies glow in dark-red. Kyuki literally steals healthy cells from the cultists and replaces them with his fried cells. This gives Kyuki a completely refreshed body and kills the cultists. With this action not only that he personally attacked Dasia clearly showing his hostility towards her, but he also cut all communication contacts with her. Now it is 'no strings attached'.
"Now... where were we?" He says and walks further seeing the altar from afar. With his enhanced sight he can already see- Asuka Izumo and Ares. Now this will be an emotional reunion between the 'master' and the 'student'.

The head scientist gasped when he saw Dasia getting shocked. She placed her palm on the table to keep herself steady. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the head scientist had to get this one out before she kills someone.
"I knew it..." the head scientist said about Kyuki's statement. "Ladies and gentlemen, I'm just putting this out there... He's totally right about me. I'm clearly the one holding this operation together. Did you hear how I ran this entire meeting? Very professional. I should go down there and hug this man myself for seeing such brilliance in me."
"I...have had...ENOUGH!" Dasia roared. "Chris, that's enough playtime for you. Get this operation started immediately. We're going to war. That man is DEAD!"

Markus stopped the recording of the meeting. He had heard quite enough. That last bit of information may help the survivors more than Dasia and Kyuki know. If those sides get locked into a civil war, their attention span may not be focused on who will be gearing up to assassinate both of them. This one's definitely in their favor.
Now...all Markus had to do was get the hell out of there.
"Okay. We need to act now, or they'll kill us both once they realize we're still here," Markus told Gargulion. "Gargulion, are you ready?"
"Yep. Target acquired," Gargulion acknowledged.
"Noland and Drago, I'm sure you don't need me to tell you this, but my primary objective is to get you out of here alive. Do that for me at all cost, understand?"

Noland was slowly taking all of what he heard in. It was amusing to him to see the head scientist behave in such a manner to purposely piss Dasia off. He preferred for Dasia to be angry. After she was responsible for his "death", he'd be satisfied with any level of frustration Dasia might have. He does wish they could hear what Kyuki was saying though. That'd make the experience much better.
"As long as it means I can get my body back, then yeah, whatever. I'll do it," Noland complied. "Here's another thing. We're going to get put in body bags if your plan doesn't work, so make sure it works. There's no room for error."
"Yeah...even though Diablo 2 is weakened, we can't beat it in a head-on fight," Drago knew. "We might be able to take Dasia out herself though. She's wide-open. Let's do it."

"I won't complain if that ends up working," Gargulion responded to Drago's suggestion. He didn't really have time to, because the Hurranians were about to check on Noland and Drago's bodies.
"This will work...unlike Dasia's plans," Markus clowned, unknowingly making a similar joke that Kyuki made. "Gargulion...five seconds..." Four...three...two...one...
"Go!" An acidic, venomous substance melted a precise hole around Dasia's foot. She immediately dropped into it. Her descent did not cause too many cracks to form around the opening, but it was clear that it become a wide, gaping hole if this goes on for too long.
What could be seen underneath Dasia was a possessed, Hurranian female Royal Guard looking straight up. She was completely smothered in Gargulion's skin, almost being a replica of the Pyrus Frame itself. There were no other Royal Guard members in that room to stop her. She was clung to the ceiling. All the Royal Guard member was going to do now was rip Dasia's leg right off of her body.

Dasia was writing in pain from what the Gargulion-enhanced soldier was doing to her leg. Even the head scientist had to get serious for once in his miserable mechanical life, as much as the real him would love what's happening.
"Guards! Seize whoever it is!" the head scientist exclaimed. Hurranians all over the area were activated so they could converge on whoever was doing this. "I'm going to go run and let you guys handle it!"
Before they would arrive, Diablo 2 was there to help remedy the situation. It got low to the ground to project a light all over the area. This was a biological weapon, as anyone might have guessed. Using this weapon causes the affected targets' cells to mutate into Hurranian-born cells, thereby infecting them quickly through prolonged exposure. This ability can travel through solid material, so being under the floor - clinging to the ceiling - would not allow one to avoid an attack such as this one.

Markus and Gargulion saw Diablo 2 getting ready to target the soldier Gargulion possessed. There was no way they could let that happen. Gargulion can naturally respond to that maneuver faster due to the actual Gargulion seeing what it's doing through Drago's body.
"Stay composed," Gargulion warned ahead of time. A purple-covered flame burst through the floor, forcing it to collapse. This provided the stun necessary to interrupt Diablo 2's casting of its attack.
As everyone on that floor began to fall, Markus spurred Noland's body into action. The Gundalian form was particular useful for clinging to the glass at the top of the structure, which is what Markus had Noland do. Drago was woken up and now in the control of Gargulion.
"Gargulion, keep Diablo occupied. I'm going after Dasia," Markus signaled.
"You got it," Gargulion accepted. The soldier launched a flurry of jagged stones towards the entire Hurranian party, easily cutting through all of them and pelting Diablo 2 continuously. It didn't hurt it that much, but it did serve as a nice distraction, considering a shadow was on one of those tiny projectiles, which meant the soldier popping out of that and tapping Diablo 2 with her palm. Doing so started the petrification process that turned Diablo 2 into stone.
Then Gargulion - in Drago's body - appeared above the stone Diablo 2 and launched his tail at it like a ballistic projectile. It was grinding against Diablo 2 while it continuously brought it down at a high speed. The mechanical statue plummeted down the floors and crashed very hard into the ground below. The impact was enough to make the structure act a little tipsy. It was bound to go down in any second now.
"No...that thing's too strong. That didn't do it in," Gargulion noticed. Diablo 2 was still alive. He had expected the stone statue to break upon hitting the ground, but its power level was so high that it only received a dozen of cracks. There was a power buildup coming from below. Diablo 2 was breaking out. Time was of the essence.
Markus made Noland descend towards Dasia, easily able to get to her by platforming across the broken pieces of the building that were falling along with her. His acquisition of this Hurranian freak was a rather violent one, as he pushed her out beyond the location of where the building was standing. They were descending in a ninety-degree angle.
"This one's for my family," Markus declared through Noland. He utilized Noland's Gundalian power to send an electrical surge through Dasia, forcing her BakuMeter to open a dimensional gate to a location that Markus himself was able to specify.
In doing so, Markus was subjected to a horrifying sight. The Hurranians inside this particular body started to malfunction, so Roxy's actual appearance flickered on and off. This horrified Markus to the core.

Noland could feel his body's muscles not being a primed and ready as before. That was because Markus was holding him back through his feelings. He was intent on NOT allowing this to happen, especially when HIS BODY was in the line of fire.
"Man up and do it!" Noland angrily ordered. "I don't care who that is! She can KILL US if you hesitate! You came this far to get me out of here, so GET ME OUT OF HERE!" Noland's voice has changed to his darker half's voice. He sounded more masculine than normal, and definitely very evil.
"D-damn! What is...this...power...?" Drago writhed in pain. "I...can't...hold...this...energy..."

Sure enough, Dasia was going to make good use of this opening and get a good strike against Noland while his guard was down, thanks to a certain entity controlling him.
An energy saber was activated out of nowhere, and it pierced Noland right through his heart. She figured this would be good enough to kill whoever was manipulating Noland before the body's owner would succumb to it. Whichever comes first is fine by her. She even took the initiative by surprising Noland with her own strength. She even bear hugged him, dragging him inward towards the saber's hilt.
"Isn't that lovely? You saw your poor little Roxy, didn't you, Markus?" Dasia recognized. "Yes, I'm using Roxy's body. I suppose if I were to leave, Roxy might be resurrected, but that's a stretch. I don't plan on leaving, so you're going to have to settle for that once I assimilate YOU!"

This would-be mortal injury had quite the effect on Noland's body. It didn't quite do what Dasia thought it was going to do...
"Is that all you got?" Noland snarled. "I thought you were supposed to be dangerous! The Queen of Destruction! What a disappointment! The only royalty around here is me! I'm the king of darkness!" His dark power started to engulf his body. It instantly formed cracks along the energy sword and made it wither away into tiny particles. Noland's wound closed up shortly after.
"Gargulion, get out of my body! Markus needs to get out too!" Drago warned. "I'm losing light! Don't come with us!"
