As the young man disappeared Lydia was approached by another person. A young woman with a creepy smile on her face, sporting unusual haircut; half of her hair was black and half was white. Her steps were so light it would not be easy to notice her without visual contact or her speaking up first. She was not trying to hide so Lydia spotted her quite quickly. "Working overtime as usual, little Lydia?" Young woman asked rhetorically of Lydia before looking a the direction where Atom used to stand seconds ago. "Another promising candidate? This one listened and read the rules. Shocker." Woman made a sarcastic comment regarding Atom knowing that many people come by just wanting to 'get into it' without bothering to read the rules and then they either get confused and ask questions that could have been easily answered if they just stopped and read for a second or they leave because it is 'too much of a bother' to read the rules or, even funnier, they start a brawl against someone while not owning a Bakupack or do other things against the rules and when they get pointed towards the rules they mostly leave. For this woman, who has been for a long time in this place, it is quite a refresher to see someone actually take a few minutes to read everything and take smart courses of action.
"Anything tasty on the menu today? Brawl requests? Tag-team matches? Spectating becomes rather boring for me." Young woman said to Lydia, interested in participating in brawls. She also sounded very confident about her power the way she said that.

"Y-Yes, miss Takayama." Lydia acknowledged.
"There is currently this... 'L' person who opened up a brawl just moments ago. No takers so far." Lydia informed after giving it a quick look on the brawl list.
"And, yes, it appears to be a promising brawler." Lydia acknowledged about Atom. She could not deny- he did not seem like some newbie who just came out of nowhere without a clue in the world on what is going on. If nothing else, at least, he had proper manners and spent some time reading the rules to that is a promising start. Plus, if Genesis Dragonoid is involved, there is no chance it is something that should not be taken into notice- that Bakugan is quite influential so his warnings and information should not be taken lightly. After all, there might be some 'greater trouble' coming and it would definitely be good to have any ally on their side. Lydia is also curious on when Atom's first brawl will begin so she can see how well he will handle the fights and if he would require any assistance from her, considering she works as an 'info booth' and is like a library of strategies. "Now, if you'll excuse me..." Lydia said and walked off into another room leaving her companion.

Atom reappeared inside the battle arena lobby. Looking around, he saw a few different terminals, each with a different title. One was labeled 'World Arena', another 'World Park'. The third one said 'Dan Kuso Memorial Colosseum'. "I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Dan really does get everywhere, doesn't he?" "He sure does." Said Leo. Looking to the last wall, he saw two more terminals. One said 'Gym' while the other said 'Underground'. In between them was a door that led outside. "Well, which one should we go to first?" "I'm not sure." Said Atom. "But I wonder if the terminals might have some battles recorded." He went over to the World Arena terminal and tapped it. It gave a few options, being 'Pending Battles', 'In Progress Battles' and 'Battle Archive'. He tapped on the Battle Archive button and saw rows upon rows of battles appear. "Is every single brawl ever done listed here?" "Looks like it." Said Leo. Atom began scrolling though the list, completely unaware of his surroundings.

"Found anything you like?" Lydia's voice came from behind the corner.
She sure was quick to move from one spot to another. Even knowing the place like the back of your hand would not aid you in this, but it should be no wonder considering she has Maste. One of her powers is teleportation. Lydia was sure Atom would not have issues understanding what other brawlers do, but if he needed explanations about their actions and now rules applied in certain situations Lydia was willing to aid. And it was not like she had anything better to do- some of her 'companions' could take care of any newcomers if anyone else decides to pop up. And, considering, there was no staff monitoring the brawls at that moment she decided it would be a good idea to take a peek just in case- there might be some interesting things going on or brawls that could require regulations.

Atom jumped from the voice and quickly turned to see Lydia. He unknowingly pressed a button on the console. "And here I thought I was quiet when moving." He said. "Not yet, I'm still looking through the archived brawls." He looked back at the console to see that the list had changes. "Huh, I guess I swiped it up when I turned." He had a nagging feeling in his head that something was wrong, but he thought it was just being in a new Reality giving him that feeling. "Anyways, I guess I should get back to my search." Atom returned to looking through the brawls but paying slightly more attention to his surroundings.

"Ah, okidoki." Lydia responded.
Lydia gave it a quick look around the room to see if there are any other people besides them. There was one person, one of the lower-ranked brawlers, going into the gym area. As far as Lydia remembers it is one who always gets into arguments with brawlers and staff over nothing, overestimating himself, threatening others, being overly rude and impolite to everyone etc. He was probably going to the gym to bother someone else with his overblown imaginary reputation he gave himself. "Anyways, if you find something and have inquiries, please, do tell me." Lydia said pleasantly. If he does find something perhaps it would be good to explain him how some aspects of combat work. Perhaps, a completely fresh brawl would allow him to learn the most instead of watching something going on for a few rounds already. She then raised the screen of her laptop starting to check herself if anything interesting might occur and that she could recommend.

Atom unknowingly looked through the pending brawls in the Gym, but didn't see many that had empty slots. So he went on assuming that he was still in the section he started in. When he scrolled back up, however, a new brawl had appeared, one that had one side blank. Atom looked over at Lydia. "Hey, I think there might be a minor glitch here. One side of this brawl is blank."

"Oh that..." Lydia moved to the monitor to take a peek.
"Means there is a free spot in a brawl. One person must be waiting for someone to apply." Lydia replied upon seeing the blank spot. If Atom wanted he could also apply, but he did look like he did not want to jump straight into business without any solid plan so he could spectate. If they were to wait someone could probably take on the challenger pretty quickly and so that Atom could spectate provided he wanted it in the first place. "If you want you can take it or spectate it. I believe someone will take it pretty quickly." Lydia explained her thoughts on the matter. She could have challenged the person herself to show Atom how it looks like, but person look like they were not in any rank where it'd be fair for Lydia to challenge them without serious nerfs on her powers.

"But, aren't I in the Archived Brawls?" Asked Atom. He took another look at the screen and saw that he was not in the archived brawls. Instead, for some reason, it was on the Gym pending brawls. "Wait, how did it" he thought back to when it changed. "I guess it got linked up to the Gym terminal. I wonder why." Atom thought about going back to what he was originally looking at, but a thought got into his head. He needed to learn the flow of battle here, and Genesis did say that he should learn by doing. Instead, he looked at his Bakumeter and tapped it. As if sensing his intention, it pulled up his inventory and listed everything that he had put into his profile. "Should I wait, or should I go in?" He smiled to himself. "I haven't had this much trouble since I first entered Bakugan. But this time is different." He looked at the battle, then felt something odd and looked at his hand. His Attribute Wheel was glowing. That usually meant something was going to happen, something important. "Maybe I should go in." He took a glance at Leo. "But, Leo isn't going to do very well against anybody without his cards." He looked at Lydia. "Quick question, how does one go about getting cards?"

"Hehe... maybe you have clicked something by accident..." Lydia awkwardly laughed. There was nothing alarming if he made a mistake since he could always delete it if he wanted; after all, system here was not irrational to ignore possibilities of accidents. "When you filled out all the things in the beginning it handed you some cards out. All you need is transfer them to your Bakupack folder. As for more cards- we have a shop where you can either buy cards or make your own." Lydia briefly explained. It was a rather quick process. She had a doubt that Atom had much money to throw considering he only came to the place so making cards himself was a more viable option. Making your own cards was rather simple, but one should always make them with some general strategy in mind instead of piling them up randomly like some people do.
"I can also give you some of my old cards for now if that'd help." Lydia said and pulled out about a dozen of older cards she bought from the shop. Since she makes her own cards a lot more shop cards become useless without specific situations in mind. "If you feel uncomfortable you can always cancel it- there is no shame in making a mistake." She added.

Atom quickly thought over his options. He knew he was not going to go into the brawl blind, if he went into it at all. But he also knew that he needed to do something. In any scenario he thought of, it ended in him brawling. He looked at his Attribute Wheel again and saw that it was still aglow. Then his Energy Twist Triangle acted up. He hardly ever thought about it, now that the Destruction was gone, but it was still there due to his Omega Gene. He switched his focus to it and saw the Dark symbol glowing more brightly than the other two. "Something is wrong." He muttered. The symbols usually glowed together when something was slightly out of balance, but when only one symbol was glowing very brightly, it meant trouble. Atom looked back to Lydia. "Tell me, has anything strange been going on recently? I know you said it was a time of peace, but if I know anything it's that peace is a great camouflage for practically anything bad that can possibly happen."

"Uh... ummm... nothing that usually doesn't happen..." Lydia gave it a thought. "Staff doing their work, brawlers passing by, occasional argument here and there. Nothing serious." Lydia explained. After responding to Atom's question Lydia assumed something was probably on his mind. Maybe he knew something she didn't and she knows other staff would kill her if something was to happen and she did not report it in time. She even started up her security software to scan if anything was going on in or around this place; there appeared to be no signs of any threatening or, at least, unusual events going on so she looked at Atom. "...umm... Is something the matter?" She inquired curiously as he seemed to have picked something up that not even her security software could and it'd be bad to ignore any issues.

Atom looked back at his hands, symbols still aglow. "Okay, I'm going to tell you something that nobody, and I mean nobody, within dozens of Realities knows. Take a look at my hands." He lifted them up. "The Attribute Wheel acts up when I need to do something, or when something that should involve me is happening or going to happen. The Triangle, which is known as the Energy Twist Triangle, shows the current balance of where I am. When all three symbols, Light, Dark and Eclipse," he pointed to each one as he said them, "are all glowing, it's a minor instability. When one is glowing far brighter than the others, it shows a major imbalance towards whichever one is glowing the brightest. And right now, Dark seems to be the strongest. Now, that alone doesn't mean too much. Anything could cause an instability, but both being active at the same time makes it more urgent. And just so you know, this was used to save entire Realities from complete destruction. When they act up, I tend to try and figure out what's going on and make an attempt to fix it or control how much damage it does. Has everything I said made sense so far?"

"Well... kind of, I guess..." Lydia muttered as she was trying to put the pieces together. "I am not proficient to understand technology or abilities of a Reality Shifter, but... I believe I get the general idea." She explained. 'Reality Shifter' was a term Lydia learned only a month ago or something like around that so her knowledge was very limited of how those things would work. It was not a comfortable thing to see or hear someone claiming there was going to be any sort of trouble; that certainly was a good reason to alert the leaders who could do a bit more investigation and strengthen defenses of the place. Giving proper training and preparations to members willing to fight would be another good choice. Even though Atom warned about potential danger Lydia might not have been completely convinced about it, but she was not excluding the possibility of danger either- it certainly be a decision lacking in thought.
"I may need to contact my superiors regarding the matter. In the meanwhile, what would you do?" Lydia informed and inquired.

"Me personally?" Asked Atom. "If I knew the place well enough, I would try and figure out what's going on. But since I'm still very new here, I don't know about anything that happens on a regular basis." He put his hands down. "However, I'm willing to help in any way possible if the disturbance is found." "We both are!" Said Leo. Atom had no doubt in his mind that something was going to happen. He just had to try to help in any way he could.
