"Okay. Much obliged." Lydia responded.
Lydia walked off to a bench in the corridors and began typing something on her laptop. It was a message directed to one of the administrators who run the place and who possess the highest amount of power among all the members. If there was any threat to appear they would, most certainly, have the highest fighting chance against it- after all, they participated in the War of Liberation years ago to free this place from the grasp of powerful and merciless tyrants. Upon finishing and sending the message she stood up and faced Atom again. "I can give you a call if we are in need of anything. In the meanwhile you could try to familiarize yourself with the place; you might learn some more things." Lydia suggested assuming that if Atom would decide to stay for some time he could get a better idea of the situation ahead of them.

“I can certainly try to familiarize myself a lot more.” Said Atom. “Here’s hoping it’s nothing too bad.” “That’s all we can hope for.” Said Leo. Atom looked at his hands to see that his symbols had calmed down, but were still glowing. Leo looked at Atom. “How about we head for the shop? We should probably get started on some cards, right?” Atom looked at Leo. “That is a good idea. If something is coming, we need to be ready.” He looked back at Lydia. “Thanks again for the help. If we’re lucky, it’s nothing major. If we aren’t, well, then I hope it’s not irreversible.” Atom brought up his map again and quickly got it to the shop. “Good luck figuring out what’s wrong, if anything. And I’ll give a little tip with it, just in case it’s not apparent that anything’s going on. It could be a Realital Disturbance. If that’s the case, tell me and I’ll pop out of the Reality to take a look. But if it seems that way, prepare to get every Bakugan together to protect this place. Realital Disturbances are not something to mess with. Any dystopian future idea ever imagined can be caused by one. Likewise, nothing could happen. But better safe than sorry, right?”

"Precisely." Lydia agreed. She had a puzzled expression on her face- maybe 'displeased' would be a more appropriate term for the situation. She only recently arrived here, away from a chaotic society of Earth, and there are immediately some problems. Every world has them, but it sometimes seems like a cloud of bad luck just following her constantly and spewing misfortune upon her path. Of course, people who come here from different worlds come to, primarily, prove their strength against other strong warriors or just spectate the brawls so, normally, there are individuals who could hold their own against major threats. And once administrators, along the other staff, are included into the mix they become an unstoppable force. Lydia would not like to spread panic either, but emergency countermeasures should be prepared beforehand anyways. Brawlers should also be given a more rigorous training to strengthen themselves in advance. That includes Atom. However, he only started off here so he should need some time, but that should not stop him either- if there was absolute emergency the system might go to 'Override' to ignore certain rules so brawlers could use their powers without restrictions.
"I will make sure to conduct research on the matter. It would not hurt to report immediately so you will have to excuse me for a minute. If you need any more help, please, access the terminal and contact me... or any other staff for that matter." Lydia politely explained and bowed a bit. Maste's orb released a brief flash and with that both of them disappeared. Lydia reappeared in the so-called Staff Room; it is more of an area consisting of multiple rooms. Central room contains the Round Table where staff hold conversations and each staff member have their own office. She decided to post the matter on a piece of paper and attach it to a billboard under 'Urgent' section so all staff who are not present and cannot be contacted via media could see it. Other than that, she was going to send a mass email to everyone else who could be contacted.

Atom saw Lydia vanish, figuring that she was going to go warn some of the staff. He pressed the yes button on the transport question and was whisked to the Bakugan Shop. Again, there were a few terminals in the room. Atom looked at them, then saw the one he wanted. "Card Creation. Here we go." He walked over to the terminal and touched the screen. It immediately turned on, showing him a list of recently made cards. At the top of the list was an option to make cards. He tapped on it and it brought up some rules. "Maximum of two effects for abilities, one for gates, okay." He looked at the next two. "Don't think I'm going to get into copyrights yet." He continued looking. "Specify a Bakugan, okay. 200 Gs for the first evolution. Not going to do much with premiums yet. That rule about fusions is self explanatory. And then card classes. Those seem important." He tapped on that link, bringing him to the list of card types and what qualifies them as so. Giving it a quick read, he figured out what cards were what. "So Leo, what should I start with?" "How about the old split cards? We're going to need more firepower for what's to come, right?" "You're right about that." Said Atom. He quickly typed in the information needed for the cards, and put them together. "Nova, Pyro, Hydro, Geo, Aero and Darkon. Got all six." He submitted the cards, and the same progress bar that appeared when he registered appeared. It went a lot quicker this time, though, and the cards got approved. A set of characters appeared on the screen. Atom read the words above. "Use this code to add card(s) to Bakupack." He opened his Bakupack and saw a text box above his starter cards. He typed in the characters and the split cards appeared under the starters. Atom looked back to the terminal to see that the characters had vanished. "I guess that's what it meant by private. Looks like nobody else can get them." "Seems that way." Said Leo. Atom heard something coming from a nearby hallway. It sounded a bit like footsteps. "Who's there?" Asked Atom

After a few steps a shadowy figured emerged from the back of a corner. It was a young-looking woman who previously had a conversation with Lydia. Her appearance was quite odd compared to Lydia's- one part of her head was black and other was white. After a quick look one could determine she has heterochromia as well. And, finally, her clothing was all black-and-white; background was white with many mesmerizing black decorations. "Hoi." She made an informal greet to the young man over there. She is known as 'Takayama', one of the members of the staff Round Table and one of the high-ranking brawlers in the area. Being a member of the staff allows her to use a Bakugan with its original base G-power and not being restricted to rules- it counts 2500 G of base power, but it can only be used in situations when someone breaks rules to the point someone could get harmed. Other than that, her main Bakugan has 1200 G for brawling power and several others are on their way to that level as well. She is one of the scariest brawlers on the board considering she enjoys toying with her prey as much as possible before giving in a finishing blow; if opponents are acting cocky and arrogant towards her she does it even more. Her presence gives off mixed signals of 'good' and 'evil'- a chaotic individual indeed. "What's such a little boy doing here?" She inquired.

"I'm going to ignore the comment about being a little boy." Said Atom. "Anyways, hello to you too. I'm just trying to figure out the system here. I've managed to make a few cards so far. Is essence, the main reason I'm here is to make some more cards to try and be prepared for whatever comes my way. So, I'll return your question to you. What are you doing here? Also, who are you?"

"How precious!" Woman replied with a sarcastic smile. Never having seen Atom before she assumed he was new to this place and if he had any common sense, which he obviously had, he would arrive to Bakugan Shop at some point. So she, more-or-less, knew what Atom was up to in here- most members, if they decide to stick around, prefer creating their own unique items over using standard cards from the Shop; that gives them better chance of success in combat. Woman looked around the room for a bit as if she was looking for something or someone and then she sighed in disappointment before turning back to Atom. "Takayama. Don't mind me- just looking for trouble." She gave another sarcastic reply. Even though she was one of the high-ranking staff members she was not in some office doing paperwork or any important staff jobs- as she said, she was looking for trouble. Since there were and are many members who like to pick on the weak, say or do bad things outside the battle arenas or even perform illegal activities Takayama purposely runs around to try and catch people in the act and then, if they refuse to compensate for their inappropriate actions, she forces them, literally forces them, to a brawl against her in the arena with most spectators where she will humiliate the person as much as possible for their transgression. She enjoys toying with her prey and humiliating her opponents- that makes it perfect considering most of her opponents are people who do bad things and that way she has permission to teach them a lesson. Less and less people dare to do such things, but since this is a big place there are still those who do it so Takayama does not get the opportunity to enjoy herself every time. Having taken her 'Dream Manipulation' and 'Time-and-Space Manipulation' abilities, which are very powerful, many tend to avoid brawling her anyways. Plus, anyone can feel her creepy aura so people just keep their distance.

"Okay then." Said Atom. He looked back at the console, and started typing on it again. "What should we make next, Leo?" Before Leo could respond, an error came up "Right, the limit for cards each day. Guess we're out of luck until tomorrow." Atom looked back at Takayama. Something didn't feel quite right about her, but he knew he shouldn't question. Everything seems weird about a new Reality until he's been there for a little while. He decided to head out of the building to look around. In doing do, he walked past Takayama. He still felt uneasy about her. He looked at his Attribute Wheel, to see that it wasn't glowing. "At least she's not part of what's going on." He thought as he exited the building.

Atom was right in thinking that Takayama was not part of what he was feeling. His genes were reacting to something outside the Reality, not within it. Outside of the Reality, someone observed everything that had happened between Atom and Genesis Dragonoid, albeit without them knowing. I, The Destruction, watched Atom enter the Reality. "So, it seems that my old enemy has found a new trial." I glared at the Reality. "It makes me sick to know just how much has been restored since I was separated from my power. I can't do anything anymore!" I sighed. "Well, the time to wallow in self-pity is over. I may not have my power anymore, but I know that I can reclaim it." I started heading towards the Reality. "I abhor the idea of entering a Reality, but I have no choice if I am to destroy him." As I approached, I felt a pressure against me, pushing me back. I pushed forward harder, only to remain in place. "Blast. I can't get in." I thought for a moment, then felt something on my arm. I looked down to see a small patch of darkness. In a rare moment of emotion, I smiled. "Well, it seems that my power is coming back to me. It matters not how slowly." I glared at the Reality again. "I may not have the strength I once did, but I can still do this!" The dark patch on my arm moved to my hand as I gathered what little energy I could. A bring took form in front of me, slowly revealing itself as a humanoid. As the darkness consolidated, it gained a consciousness. The boy opened his eyes for the first time as his body solidified, becoming flesh and bone. "Master, what may I do for you?" I smiled again. This body really is annoying. "I require you to go into the Reality to understand what Atom is doing in there. Find all the information you can, even if you must battle him. Don't disappoint." "Consider it done." Said the boy. His hand flashed as an Attribute Wheel took form. He made his way towards the Reality. "Oh, and one more thing." The boy turned back to me. "If you battle him, crush him! Make him understand what is coming and how hopeless he is to stop it." The boy smiled, then continued on his way. He entered the Reality. "I must hope for the best. because I cannot approach the Reality, I must send my Negative Shifters instead." I looked at the patch of darkness again to see that it was marginally bigger. "It's only a matter of time before I can bring havoc once again."

Atom walked out of the building, and shielded his eyes. "Man, it's bright out here." "You said it." Said Leo. "But you have to admit, it does feel nice to have a sun shining on us again." "You're right, it does." Said Atom. He reminisced about everything he had fought for recently. "In perspective for what we've done in the not so distant past, it's amazing." The area seemed to dim a bit, and Atom uncovered his eyes. "Huh?" "I think I feel something." Said Leo. He glowed a bit. "What do you feel?" "It's some kind of disturbance." Said Leo. "I can't quite tell what it is, due to the lack of Timeline energy in me, but it's big." Atom's Attribute Wheel began to glow again, followed by his Energy Twist Triangle. He looked at them. "What is going on?" He looked around, not seeing anything. The wind blowed a bit. "Not even when we were facing The Destruction did these things act up like this." Atom thought he heard something, and looked at where he thought the sound came from. He didn't see anything, but that didn't deter him. He walked over to where he thought the noise came from, but still didn't see anything. He looked at his symbols again to see that they had become dormant again. "Something big is happening. I wonder if, perhaps, it's something we caused." "What do you mean?" Asked Leo. "What I mean is that maybe our presence here has awakened something." He thought for a second. "Wait, it can't possibly be, no. There's no way." "What do you mean?" "Remember how we didn't seal The Destruction, and instead striped him of his powers?" "Yeah." Said Leo. "What about" he came to the same realization. "Oh." "That's exactly what I thought." Atom looked around again. "And if my suspicions are right, he's sent a Negative Shifter down by now." "Then we must remain on guard." Said Leo. "Who knows what could happen with a confrontation before we're ready?" "I'd rather not find out." Said Atom. He looked around one last time, not noticing someone behind him. The being ran up, touched him, then ran away before Atom could respond. He looked around again. "I know you're there somewhere. I'm onto you." He quickly ran away, hoping to find something, anything to help him against a darkness that should've stayed away.

(I sincerely apologize for not posting. Having lots of things going on and everything is pretty much... uggggh... Was very inappropriate not to inform you in advance either. I will try to be more active.)
Lydia teleported again- this time into the Staff Room where only moderators and administrators have access to and she, as a moderator, has duty to report any irregularities she comes across. Since there was no other staff in there aside from here she decided to use her laptop and message one of the administrators to organize a meeting with him and talk about everything she heard. She let out a sigh while writing an email to him. "Always something..." She silently complained. Maste, in her monster form, stood by her with a smug expression. "Aren't you used to it already? Peace is an illusion, you know." Maste said with a mild laugh, but it was definitely suggesting she was not joking about it at all. She touched Lydia's left shoulder causing her partner's body and the laptop to flash in purple light. Before Lydia knew it she was done writing the email and listing out all the info (which had over 5 paragraphs). "Oh, thanks." She responded. It was one of Maste's standard abilities, Accelerate: Time. Causing time to move faster, slower or setting it to a certain period of time was bare minimum for Maste- it is like any other Bakugan using a G-power Boost; almost no effort at all is taken. One can finish with their business right away if Maste gets involved such as Lydia going from five words to five paragraphs.
"What now?" Maste inquired.
"I will go back down and look at the brawls. Keep an eye out for me." Lydia responded. Maste gave a nod to that and teleported two of them in different locations.

The dark presence Atom felt ran into an alleyway, hiding from everybody around. He looked around, and confirmed that he was alone. "Now, to get started with what the Destruction wants me to do. Atom is weakened without access to that Leonidas's higher evolutions. It's a good thing all the data we collected before the Destruction was defeated hasn't waned." He looked at the cloud of darkness in his hand. "Now, to engage on my plan." The darkness coagulated a little, and the Negative Shifter pressed it into his chest. He began to glow, lighting up the alleyway. It quickly faded, but he wasn't aware if he was spotted or not. He quickly looked over himself and smiled. He looked exactly like Atom. "Perfect." Said Dark Atom. He looked at his hands to see an Attribute Wheel and an Energy Twist Triangle. "Even better." Darkness again built up in a cloud in his hand, and condensed into a Bakugan. Dark Atom put the new Bakugan onto his shoulder. "Shall we continue on, Mythical Leonidas?" The Dark Leonidas growled. "Time to ruin his name and cause some general chaos." A Bakumeter appeared on his arm. Dark Atom quickly scanned through it and settled on going to the commons area. "Seems like the best place to blacked his name. Let's go." He began the transport, unaware and uncaring if someone saw him.
